"The front desk staff were friendly and the room was clean. However, on the morning of December 30, 2025, a female staff member in the restaurant who was clearing empty plates from the table disrespected us. Without permission or inquiry, she touched our personal belongings and took one of the chairs from our table, intending to place our backpacks haphazardly (or perhaps…she wanted to just lay our belongings upside down on the floor?). Moreover, we were a family of four using one table and four chairs; we didn't take up any extra chairs. Our experience was extremely unpleasant."
