This 1 bedroom guest apartment is an attached unit with private entrance in a million dollar private estate home in the Vista foothills. - We offer fresh picked organic oranges, avocados, grapefruits, persimmons or apples, depending on the time of year. The apartment has a large great-room (12' x 24') with dine-in fully equipped kitchenette complete with dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other amenities. The living room couch is convertible to a full size bed. Linens are provided. We offer Direct TV with HBOMax, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and many others. There is a separate bedroom with KING size bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. It comes with one parking spot right in front of the door and is located on a private road. There aren't any laundry facilities, but there is a laundromat very close by.
