Hyatt Place Virginia Beach Town Center

Very nice hotel, staff was so accommodating and friendly,the rooms were bigger than a regular hotel room. Best breakfast,at least every day there’s a different kind of food. Negative side the location,it’s on a busy street ,I can hear street noise,traffic noise. Positive side location is near restaurant and shopping center.

Friendly and helpful front desk who were willing to go beyond the usual to meet our expectations and needs. All staff were well trained in customer service and responsive. We felt very welcome and at home. Our room was very clean and as expected. Geeat location for shopping and access to cross-town connections.

Beautiful and clean hotel in a great location, close to everything! Will definitely come back! Special mention to a sweet, accommodating, very helpful, and very hospitable lady at the breakfast buffet, Cindy Alcantara! What a wonderful lady! I like her a lot! She is a keeper!

Cindy A was amazing she was the host and server took great care of us. Breakfast was tasty everything looked so good. Definitely recommend they had an amazing variety. Plus Cindy A was extremely attentive and helpful. Truly recommend breakfast and the price is great. The family really enjoyed it.

Our 2nd stay at the Hyatt Place VA Beach Town Center. 1st year breakfast included, found out at check-in breakfast $11.00 pp on this stay. Don’t stay in a room facing Main Street #528 very loud all night long-cars and motorcycles racing by. Room was very clean and nice size bathroom! On 2nd day, I asked for clean towels and trash taken-came back that evening and neither was done. Had to walk downstairs and get fresh towels twice during our 3 night stay! We did enjoy the covered outside patio, got takeout and sat there to eat! If we visit VA Beach again we will most likely stay at the beach as traffic is very busy near the Town Center.

This Hyatt Place property is a nice clean welcoming hotel with a welcoming staff. I came in for a business trip and had an issue when making my reservation. Ivy at the front desk was able to get me settled in with excellent customer service.! Thank you Ivy! Renee

Ivy, the manager, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly during our check in and she also assisted us with getting into the bathroom in our room when it closed and locked us out. I was very pleased with her responsiveness to our needs. Luke, Paul and Victor were also very helpful! Thank you!

Staff was very helpful and courteous!!!!!!! Just need a little work on housekeeping. But this will be my hotel of choice when visiting VA Beach. Great location with plenty of restaurants around the town center area. Hotel restaurant and bar were good if not wanting to go out to eat.

I recently traveled with my family to this hotel for the purposes of attended the NAS Oceana Air Show. This hotel was clean and convenient to not only the air show, but other highlights in the area such as Nauticus and the Norfolk Naval Base. All were within a reasonable 20-30 minute drive. The hotel has free parking and breakfast. I felt very safe and welcomed. If I return to the area in the future, I will certainly opt to stay at this hotel.
