The property is perfect for those traveling by car, offering free, secure parking on the property. Equipped with fast Wi-Fi, it's also the ideal solution for those who want to work remotely in Sardinia. Its strategic location: close to the port and just minutes from the Calabona sunsets.The property is an open space composed of:• a sleeping area, with a 160X200 double bed with a 26 cm high mattress, with pocket springs and 8 cc high memory foam, three-door wardrobe with chest of drawers, air conditioning, 50 inch Smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning. We offer free sheets, pillows and quilt.• a living area furnished in a modern style, with two comfortable sofas which, if necessary, can be transformed into two French double beds equipped with a standard mattress and an additional 7 cm high memory foam topper.
