Enjoy a wonderful holiday in the holiday home La Bergerie located in Minervois, the land of the Cathars. Minervois is part of the Occitania region, Languedoc-Roussillon. This villa for 6 has plenty of privacy, a spacious enclosed garden (820m2), a covered terrace and a private swimming pool (5 X 9m, protected by an electric shutter). Villa La Bergerie has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, WIFI, bocce court and air conditioning. Some beds and mattresses were renewed in 2024. The house is personally decorated and well maintained. One part of the villa is enclosed and, to guarantee your privacy, is not used by the owner or others during rental periods. This part (with glass front) is not otherwise shown in the photos. The living room has a TV and a fireplace for relaxing inside. The two terraces and barbecue are perfect for evenings. You can also spend time enjoying the lovely swimming pool (salt-based) with garden furniture and sun loungers or the beautiful, immediately adjacent nature. Boules court is great for fun.
