Tämä huvila sijaitsee 15,4 km:n päässä kohteesta Balcón de Europa ja 16,4 km:n päässä kohteesta Burrianan ranta. Hyödynnä puutarha sekä grilli. Tee olosi kotoisaksi huvilassasi.
