After a day of sightseeing around the island you can cool off in the pleasant chlorine pool which has dimensions of 7.5m x 3.5m and a depth varying between 0.90m and 2m. It is surrounded by a safety fence for the little ones. Next to the pool there are several sun loungers where you can relax in the sun and enjoy the summer weather. Outside the pool area, there are large green areas perfect for relaxing and the little ones will have space to play. The porch is very cosy with a table perfect for outdoor dining, where you can savour delicious grilled meats and vegetables cooked on the barbecue. The interior is spread over two floors and has a rustic and practical style offering all the comforts to make you feel at home. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious area with the kitchen and the living-dining room equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is gas and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. The living-dining room also has satellite TV. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom with bathtub. There is also a room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the first floor there is a second living room with comfortable sofas where you can relax or chat with your companions. There are also three further bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other two with a double bed. All three have a fan and wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes this floor. Welcome to this wonderful house with a private 6m x 3m chlorine swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 0.90m to 1.50m and an external shower. Beside it, a fantastic terrace with a barbecue, ideal to prepare a delicious meal to enjoy with your loved ones. The location of the pool makes it perfect for sunbathing or enjoy the lovely mediterranean breeze in the afternoon. You can also pick up some tree fruits at the garden like loquats, oranges or lemons. The house has been renovated and its charming, bright rooms are distributed over two floors. Its décor and details, which combine a Mallorcan style with a modern touch, give it a unique and distinctive character. It has three living areas, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a cheerful and comfortable living room with TV, and a separate dining room that leads to a kitchen equipped with a gas hob and all the essential utensils. Upstairs, there are two living areas: one with a comfortable sofa and access to a small terrace, and another that preserves its Mallorcan character. At 14 kilometers distance you can go and play golf to Son Gual and Puntiró. Through the M-15 motorway you will easily access to a lot of beaches and coves, like s'Arenal beach or Cala Blava cove or Palma city known for the legendary cathedral. if you drive to the south, you will get to the natural and lovely white sand and crystallized water Es Trenc and Es Carbó beaches. In this beautiful and comfortable house you will enjoy the peace of being in the outskirts of an interior village but with all comforts.
