Just take the private spiral staircase up to the butler’s pantry to grab a cup before greeting everyone. The media level offers plush sectional sofas to watch the game or movie on the 110 inch screen from the short-throw smart projector. The junior master bedroom off of the media room has its own en suite and king bed. This floor also offers the bunk room that can sleep six; two queen size beds with two twin over top. It also has a full bathroom with double sinks. This level is connected by an expansive terrace that offers two hanging beds, bar and seating areas. The bocce level has its own studio apartment with kitchenette, washer/dryer, living room, 55’ television, bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to a single king and full bathroom. It has an outdoor dinning terrace that overlooks the bocce court and a corridor view of the ocean. All rooms feature top-of-the-line mattresses, linens, closets, ceiling fans and natural light with ocean views. All the smart TV’s have cable and are ready for your streaming needs.
