Excelente lugar, tudo muito limpo, a vista do quarto era linda, estacionamento ótimo.

Great stay. Clean, basic room. Comfortable bed, spotless bedding. Breakfast was basic but more than enough, fresh bread, yogurts, fruit, fresh coffee…and even home made cake…what more do you need? Fantastic terrace with incredible view over the valley The town is 15 minutes walk and a really nice authentic place with plenty of options for food and drink Exceeded my expectations.

We stayed on this youth hostel for 1 night. It saddens me to see such great potencial being wasted by lack of maintenance. Needs refourbishement and renovation. It served us, because we wanted a cheap option for visiting the Côa Park, although i can deal with broken tiles, pavement or abandoned surroundings, i cannot deal with hair on the bathroom's floor nor holes in the bed textiles or instant soluble coffee for breakfast. Breakfast was 1 type of bread, chocapic alike cereal, cornflakes alike cereal, soluble coffee, soluble "juice", water, slice of cheese, slice of ham, butter, industrial peach jam and marble cake. Windows do not open, no AC, mattress was ok for 1 night, shower was good but the joints were black. Location is great, far from everything and with a great view. Staff is friendly. It's an experience, but overall expensive, considering how badly treated this building is.
