Bed is not fit for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room quality was very bad. Mosquitos were there. The toilet was not clean. No proper ventilation was there.

M5 hotel is the best hotel in Vijayawada Staff is very cooperative . Breakfast and lunch is very nice . The hotel room was clean and nice and specious. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city and it’s near Benz circle . Friendly welcoming front office staff Mr. Kalyan and Hari Krishna.

Very bad experience. Bed sheets are not cleaned. Toiles are also very bed smelly. Food door delivery is terrible. They don’t take the meal even after one hour after order. Food is not good.

Front office staff Harikrishna is very helpful the location of the hotel is good and close to everything excellent place wonderful stay good service team good housekeeping department general manager Siva Krishna garu very responsibility person lobby is very nice
