location was nice ... but when it comes to staying it's not upto the mark
in the same floor there was an arrangement of smoking zone, which creates discomfort for the people who will not , hygiene was not upto the mark
support staff were not available 24x7 ... atleast for 10hours there was difficulty to get the support, one of the room allotted was not cleaned literally which it needs to be before handover to us, in short this is not good to stay for families that's why I am giving 3 out of 5 , choice is yours .. Not so much good for families to stay , especially for vegetarian and non smokers

1. Door safety lock was not there
2. Door wood completely broken at locking
3. Rs. 5/- soap was there not maintaining 3* standards.

Responsive staffs with good breakfast. Rooms are clean but clothes,towel are not properly maintained/washed. Washroom too not cleaned properly and sanitized. Good for short stay if management attends customer feedback effectively.

Here is my Feedback supporting my rating."The room had a strong smell of hot alcoholic drinks, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Some areas of the walls were damp and showed signs of fungus. Parking was not available, so I had to leave my vehicle on the roadside. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The location and food at breakfast was too good. Just the hotel need’s to focus more on maintaining the hygiene inside lift and lobby areas as the smell was not so good and cleanliness. Rooms are needs to be maintained more properly by repairing the broken parts. But staffs behavior are good.
