Anou Hotel arvostelua

The hotel is located in a very nice place but there is a problem checking in at night.

Changed for better room on second night. The room wás spacious and in better condition after renovation. Thanks to the front line staff who was helpful and arranged for a change immediately. The best selling point of hotel is it's stratetic location for tourists. Further more the room rate is very competitive

Awesome location. A place in the heart of everything. Walking distance to the riverside.

Great location across from the night food market and walking distance to the river night market. Large room. Comfortable stay. We will book this place again.

Anou is a budget hotel located above the food street, pretty centrally located downtown and within walking distance to the night market and bars. Unfortunately, that is where the good ends. Anou is extraordinarily overpriced (perhaps like other hotels here) for the room. The customer service is unhelpful, basic things like a hair dryer are not available, the hall looks like a building in the slums, the room door has no internal lock, the carpet is peeling up from the floor in multiple places, the window frame has holes, you can hear street noise all night (though its not terrible) Anou may be adequate if you are traveling solo and one night, but it may be worth spending another $6 a night to stay at a quality room if you are sharing it with someone special.

Large well-furnished rooms. But lighting was below average with. No opporable lights for reading in bed

Toilet flooded after shower. Personal am able to comunicate. Not using translator app either. Crazy for check out time that was not indicated at check in

Location is very easy to go everywhere.

Building is old but it's convenient for night market

최악인호텔 들어가자마자 로비 냄새나고 엘베는 몆번이고 열렷다.닫혓다.반복하고 올라갈때 뿌아악 소리나서 무섭고 객실통로는 나무가 삐걱삐걱 소리나고, 방은 얼마나 낡앗는지 아침에 샤워하려 했더니 뜨거운 물이 안나와서 하지도 못함. 고쳐 놓으라고 이야기 했는데도 저녁에 와보니 안고쳐져있어서 몆번을 이야기해서 방을 옴겨서 샤워했네요. 아침일찍 나가서 밤늦게 들어와서 잠만자고 후다닥 나왓네요. 골초라 베란다도 없어서 엘베가 무서워서 한번 호텔밖으로 나가서 피움. 대로변으로 방배정일시 밤에 음악소리로 엄청 시끄러움 장점: 여행자거리 중심.먹거리야시장 호텔앞 저는 여기서 가이드로 살아봤기에 저한테는 장점이 없음
