For US$ 5 per person, we offer a daily cold buffet + 1 fresh cooked dish. On the cold buffet there is a selection of cold cuts (salami, ham, Gouda cheese), a salad bar with dressings, fresh fruits, home made yoghurt, crispy baguettes from a French bakery, white toast bread, locally sourced jam, 3 types of cereal, 3 types of juice (apple, pineapple and orange, milk, premium fresh coffee and the option to make tea. For the fresh cooked dishes there is the choice of eggs (any style) + fried potatoes, Asian Noodle Soup or shakshuka. The portions of the fresh cooked dishes are also on the larger style.Of course we are always looking to improve the service. Majoituspaikan vastaus: Dear Anonymous reviewer,There is not much we can respond to a 1 star review without any context by an anonymous reviewer.I am guessing you were one of the smokers that got fined for smoking in the room.Smoking at a non-smoking hotel affects the hotel greatly. Even though we charge a $100 penalty to the smoker. The room has to be closed for deep cleaning, minimum 5 nights.This means we occur a lost opportunity of 5 x the room value because of your inconsideration. The non-smoking is advertised clearly on the keycard and communicated with every guest during check in.Best of luck to you.Kris Bosman

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.We understand your concern about the clarity of our non-smoking policy. We strive to make this policy clear to all our guests and regret that you felt it wasn't adequately communicated.We want to assure you that our non-smoking policy is presented to every guest in several ways:- It is included in the in-house rules document that all guests are asked to sign upon check-in. This document is provided in English, Chinese, and Korean.- The policy is also reiterated on the keycard holder.- Our staff also verbally informs guests of the non-smoking policy during check-in.As you know, a $100 cleaning fee is applied if evidence of smoking is found in a guest room. This fee covers the cost of the extensive deep cleaning required to restore the room to a non-smoking standard, which unfortunately necessitates us taking the room out of service for several days.In your case, evidence of smoking was unfortunately found, including a strong cigarette odor, ashes in the bathroom, and cigarette butts discarded outside the window.We appreciate your understanding of the importance of this policy in ensuring a comfortable environment for all our guests.
