Mariahilfer Boutique Rooms - Virtual Reception & Self-Checkin

Tive uma ótima estadia. Tudo correu muito bem, tanto no checkin quanto no checkout. Quarto modesto, porém limpo e confortável.

Hospedagem pessima. Não fiquem neste "hotel"! Nao havia pano de chão no banheiro e o papel higiênico elfou insuficiente e tivemos que comprar e sem calefacao. Nao havia cortinas nas janelas, horrível de dormir. Lugar muito barulhento nao exite acústica. Efim, nao fiquem nesse buraco se querembter paz.

The property was okay for the price. The main issue was no one from management would accept our calls or messages for the entire stay. No wifi, issues with water in the restroom, no hot water, and tried calling management over 15 times with no response, and sent 10 emails without a response. I would not recommend staying at this property for longer than one night.

It is not a hotel, terrible check in service. No proper room service, missing towels, not sharing wifi code. Missing instructions, no response on whatsapp number

A éviter « Hôtel » bien situé près du centre dans une rue piétonne très passante. C’était le motif de choix. Une espèce d‘hôtel fantôme puisqu’il n’apparaît nulle part.Paiement immédiat, non remboursable. La réservation (chambre triple) est normale par Internet, mais le check-in on line est un cauchemar. Après avoir passé 20 minutes à remplir ledit formulaire n’était pas arrivé 24 heures avant d‘arriver à l’hôtel. Il a fallu refaire par WhatsApp ltout le processus de check-in, mais les informations pour accéder à l’hôtel n’ont été disponibles qu’à 0:00 le jour de l’arrivée. Un lien pour les codes pour pouvoir accéder à la chambre depuis la rue. Un autre lien pour le Manuel d’utilisation (WI-FI, parking, ...)où la seule information qui apparaît est l’adresse de l’hôtel (enfin!). Pas de réception, Pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner. Les lits ne sont pas faits, le ménage n’est pas fait, les serviettes ne sont pas changées, la corbeille à papier n’est pas vidée (pendant trois jours). Pas de climatisation, le ventilateur fait ce qu’il peut pour donner un peu de fraîcheur pendant des journées et des nuits particulièrement chaudes. En résumé, peut convenir à des routards modernes et « fauchés », sinon, à éviter absolument.

Run away I don’t know where to start, horrific. Hard to find, nothing like the pictures, I had to buy my own pillow because they were like 20 years old and totally destroyed, no kitchen as in the photo, stained and filthy lounge and you will need to remember 3 different pass codes to get into your stay. It almost ruined my holiday as I was in a bad mood throughout my stay. So so so angry and disappointed, very not an Austrian level of stay, think of it as a hostel ran by crack heads.
