Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen Vienna - 4 Stars superior

10/10 rating. The quality of a top-notch hotel is shown in a crisis. I had a fall and head injury at the hotel, and their handling has been exemplary. Thanks to Mrs. Trivanovic who administered first aid and contacted ambulance. Thanks to Ms. Anica Bauer and the front office team for checking with me every two hours to ensure I’m alright as I was a senior traveling alone. The reception picks up the call immediately whenever I feel dizzy and insecure. I feel very safe at the hotel. As I don’t speak German, special gratitude to Anica, who helped with buying medication, follow-up communication with the ambulance and hospital, translation, administration and all my needs, always responsive, thoughtful and patient. This aside, the hotel has direct train from airport, the breakfast is outstanding with even diet jam, delicious omelette, tomato juice., etc, the room is spacious. Highly recommended. 10/10 评分。顶级酒店的品质在危机时刻才能体现。我在酒店摔倒头部受伤，他们的处理堪称典范。感谢 Trivanovic 女士为我实施了急救并联系了救护车。感谢 Anica Bauer 女士和前台团队每两小时检查一次，确保我这位长者独自旅行时一切安好。每当我感到头晕和不安时，前台都会立即接听电话。在酒店我感觉安全。我不会说德语，所以特别感谢 Anica，她帮我买药、与救护车和医院进行后续沟通、提供翻译、行政服务以及满足我的所有需求，她总是反应迅速、周到且耐心。除此之外，酒店有从机场直达的火车，早餐非常棒，有低热量的果酱、美味的煎蛋卷、番茄汁等等，房间也很宽敞。强烈推荐。
