沒有牙刷，沒有拖鞋，沒有打掃衞生。 前台服務時間是8點到22點。 廚房設備很齊全，可惜我們沒有用到。酒店是簡潔的公寓裝修，精緻得很。沒有早餐供應。 門口就是電車軌道。

We arrived to a welcoming smile and explanation of the hotel. Then we were taken to the aprtment and given a short explanation. The apartment faces the back, noiseless, decent size bathroom, with heater rails for towels, fully outfitted kitchen, Flat screen T.V and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are most pleasant and helpful even had umbrellas for use when it rained. Sleep quality was over the moon as one does hear anything! Location is on a tram route and a station for train and u-train is a 5 minute walk away. Convenient when coming from or going to the airport. Highly highly recommended!!

Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der S-Bahn Haltestelle und damit schnell in der Innenstadt Karlsplatz. Kommen gerne wieder.

Lugar maravilhoso. Recomendo muito Quarto limpo e amplo, cama confortável, com tomadas na cômoda, tem ar-condicionado e uma varanda muito charmosa, tbm tem uma cozinha equipada com tudo que é necessário ( pelo menos pelo que vi, não a utilizamos), banheiro amplo e com tudo que é necessário, incluindo espelhos com ótima iluminação,o único porém é que não tem box, então acaba que o banheiro fica um pouco molhado, mas isso nao impede de tomar um bom banho com a água quentinha. No frigobar tem algumas coisas e os valores estão na porta, mas tem tem uma máquina que vc pode comprar água e outras coisas. Os atendentes são super simpáticos e prestativos. Tem parada de trem a poucos metros, fica relativamente próximo da rodoviária, tem alguns restaurantes próximos. Gostamos muito do local e com certeza absoluta voltaríamos.

Posizione comoda, abbastanza centrale e ben collegata. Camera ampia e ben disposta. Pulizia non eccezionale. Non mi è piaciuto il dover fornire 150 € di caparra tramite carta di credito.

Super Unterkunft für längeren Aufenthalt Sehr schönes Hotel, die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht und war wie in Beschreibung ausgestattet.Lage ist optimal, man ist mit der Anbindung an die Öffis sehr schnell in Wien unterwegs. Sehr zu empfehlen.

L’hôtel est bien situé dans le centre de Vienne à proximité d’un arrêt de tram. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une cuisine. Très pratique. La chambre était propre et agréable. Petit bémol sur la machine à café, le format des dosettes est spécial et celles qui sont fournies font un mauvais café

Herşey harikaydı Odalar çok temizdi. Ulaşım oldukça iyiydi. Hemen yakınında tramvay durağı var oradan istediğiniz her yere çok hızlı bir şekilde ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bu yataklar çok rahat, ısıtma sistemi ***et iyi, mutfakta ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü. İlk gün resepsiyondaki karşılanma, kahve ikramı, açıklayıcı ve güler yüzlü bir deneyim oldu.

Viyanaya gideceklere tavsiye ederim Çok güzel ve temiz, kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Şehir merkezine tranvayla 10dk, hava alanına 30dk ve sadece U7 tek hat...Herşey çok yeni ve temizdi

Parks73 Great place and very helpful staff

Sold stay Needed just a quick stay in Vienna before heading out on a train the next morning. This hotel got the job done. Not a whole lot of frills and it is more of the apartment style room with the kitchen in it rather than your traditional hotel. I wasn't there very long but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious enough for a solo traveler.

Five night stay in Vienna Good location,could either walk or take 71 tram into the centre.Friendly,helpful staff at the hotel,receptionist took us to the well equipped apartment and described how to use coffee maker etc.,very comfortable bed,well stocked mini bar but rather expensive,good supermarket and baker opposite the hotel,Would definitely stay here again.

Excelente! El hotel precioso, es como un pequeño apartamento con todas las comodidades, habitación muy amplia y una pequeña terraza, ubicación muy buena, cerca de una estación de tranvía y de la estación para ir al aeropuerto. Nos regalaron al llegar tickets de transporte publico que había dejado otro cliente, el personal muy amable. Lo unico que no nos gusto fue que no limpian la habitación durante la estancia, tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran las toallas y rellenaran el jabón, también que la cama es doble pero los nórdicos individuales, por lo demás perfecto!
