Hotel am Konzerthaus Vienna - MGallery

Very friendly staff, the room was super clean and everything was convenient. The location is 10 mins walking distance from metro station.

Amazing price for such a fancy hotel right in the middle of Vienna. The room size and furniture were good. The services and staff were really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it in the future.

Disappointed with the following: 1. Bedroom slippers not provided and had to request 2. Hair conditioner not provided and had to request 3. Body lotion not topped up in the bathroom and ran out by the 2nd day of stay 4. Requested for high floor, quiet room but was given 1st floor facing the main road Overall experience not great for a 4-star hotel considering the cost per night. Guests do not like to ask for basic amenities and it would have been very pleasant to be provided with these instead of only upon request.

A lovely and nice hotel in Vienna, close to most attractions and offers nice breakfast! Cleanliness: clean rooms Room: decent size, modern touch, I also got a room with a view overlooking the Akadmietheatre Location: walking distance to most the attractions, I enjoy walking so it’s even better for me! Breakfast: lovely, a good choice of food, sofa seats, and they even have a barista for your morning coffee… lovely!

Modern hotel at a really convenient location. Staff were helpful and friendly

Quite an convenient location, close to many public transport stations. But located in a busy corner, hint, very noisy due to traffic. We happened to stayed next to the garage pick up point and it woke us up at 5am. Then we tried to msg and call the reception to change room, no one picked up nor responded msg. We had to go to the reception physically to ask for change of room. Also house keeping didn’t refill all toiletries everyday. We had to call them and wait to refilled for more than 30mins on one of the night we stayed.

The breakfast is really nice and room is really clean

Good location and very good breakfast! Strong recommendation!

Staffs are very nice and kind. Nice location.  Has taxi stop just in front of the hotel.  Breakfast super good.
