位置優越，市區中心位置。餐飲和逛景點都很便利。 前台非常友善，歐洲少有的服務態度。酒店裝修精緻復古，比較適合維也納的風格。

這個價位，這個水平，實在是拉胯！ 餐廳小的一筆，不控制人流，歐洲夕陽紅旅行團瘋狂往裡進，咖啡機就一台，排隊15分鐘起步！ 健身房形同虛設，幾年就一個莫名其妙的機器，旁邊就是桑拿，不分男女，好幾個裸體大叔直接走來走去。 服務員不敲門直接刷卡進房間問我要不要水，簡直莫名其妙！

明明寫着早餐衹要21歐元，卻非要收取24歐元，什麼道理？不懂 Why the price for breakfast they ask to pay is Euro24 which is higher tban what mentioned at Euro21 offically? 在城市邊緣，去市中心需要打的 房間就是歐洲那種很小的，與中國的四星級差太多了

這個酒店位置其實挺市中心，就是去地鐵站或者公交站都要走七到八分鐘，酒店分佈在一條長巷子裏面，大馬路邊上有指示，稍微留意都能看到。酒店的服務特別棒，房間非常安靜，也很乾凈。洗澡的時候注意一下，最上面那個籠頭是轉換蓮蓬頭和浴缸放水的，中間那個是調節水大小的，最下面那個轉的開關是調節冷熱的，早餐也不錯，特別推薦亞麻籽酸奶。

트렘타면 어디든 이동이 편리하고 서비스 또한 좋았습니다.  다만, 방음이나 소음이 하나도 안되서 모든소리가 너무 잘들립니다

좋았어요 입구 돌길이 좀 빡세요 호텔방에서 좋은 냄새가 났는데 르라보 어나더 13이랑 비슷한 것 같아요 방안에도 그림이 있고 전체적으로 엔틱한 분위기입니다

停車庫到大堂沒有電梯，得自己扛行李，最好在離酒店比較近的路口卸下行李，再去停車，酒店周邊吃飯購物都比較方便～

Helpful staff and nice breakfast

場所はミッテ駅から徒歩7分程。徒歩1分のところにスーパーが2つあり朝ごはんに毎日ヨーグルトや果物を買いに行けました。部屋も清潔でバスルームも広いです。部屋の掃除やタオル入れ替え、ベッドメイキングも毎日してくれました。ただ、エレベーターを昇ったあと、更にそこから階段を上がるしかない部屋に当たってしまいスーツケースを運ぶのが大変だったのが少し残念です。

酒店的位置在市中心，去哪裡都非常的方便，可以坐公共交通，也可以選擇走路，維也納不大，很好逛。酒店的早餐也非常美味，有蔬菜煎雞蛋哦，能吃個熟的蔬菜，是真不容易

距離地鐵站蠻近的 走路幾分鐘。

酒店距離車站還是有一點點遠的，走路過去要上坡，還要走馬的路，硌硌𠲍𠲍地。周邊吃的不少，有一家冰點店，總有排隊的人，試了一下，味道還不錯。

設施相對陳舊，但是很乾凈。位置靠近市中心，中心廣場能坐S-Bahn和U-Bahn，也有直達機場的CAT

The location is unbeatable for us. We arrived in Vienna late at night and didn't want to fiddle around with public transport at midnight with a kid and luggage. The Mercure is literally only a few minutes walk from the airport train terminal, which is precisely the reason why we picked it. There are two U-bahn stations within walking distance, so are the tram stations. Plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and a mall nearby (also the train station). The room is clean spacious, and has everything we need. Our favorite is that there are two blankets so we didn't need to fight over it. The only minus point was that there was no hot water in our room. When I seek help from the reception (twice) their answer was that I had to figure out myself and the flow was probably just slow. I had to walk around to find a staff member to prove that there was no hot water. They granted me access to the next door room to have a shower but still the whole incident kind left a sour taste for our experience.
