Radisson Blu Das Triest Hotel, Vienna

We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Das Triest Hotel in Vienna and had a mixed experience. While there are definitely some strong points, a few major issues really affected our overall impression. Pros The hotel feels clean and newly renovated. Everything looks fresh and well maintained. The location is excellent, with most attractions and city highlights within walking distance. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but the quality made up for it fresh bread and noticeably better ingredients than you usually find in hotel breakfasts. Cons Unfortunately, the room did not look anything like the photos shown online. When we asked about it, we were told that only one room in the entire hotel looks like the one advertised. This is extremely misleading and sets the wrong expectations. The room also lacked a proper working space. There was only a very small table, barely enough to open a laptop, whereas the photos showed three separate tables. This was a letdown, especially if you're planning to get any work done during your stay. The bathroom also had a glass door, which offers very little privacy. This might not be a problem for everyone, but it’s definitely worth noting. To make matters worse, when we mentioned these issues to reception, the response was basically, “That room isn’t available, and there’s nothing we can do.” Housekeeping was inconsistent as well. The first time, everything was cleaned properly, including glasses and surfaces. The second time, several things were missed entirely. Conclusion This hotel has potential, a great location, clean facilities and quality breakfast. But the misleading photos, lack of a proper workspace, see-through bathroom door and indifferent attitude at the front desk made the experience less than ideal. With some honesty in presentation and better service, it could be a great place to stay. As it stands, we left feeling disappointed.

Clean, nice hotel with very good location near the city center. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. Hotel breakfast was tasty, maybe I would welcome wider selection of meals when staying for longer time.

飯店位置適中 觀光的便利性佳 距離國家歌劇院和音樂金廳 走路15分鐘可以抵達 到市中心的一些觀光景點也方便 此次和朋友夫妻六人入住 十分滿意 新的飯店 房間的整理需要再加強

Happy Welcome im Hotel - sehr kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen . Empfehlenswert ist ein Zimmer zur Innenseite / Innenhof. Für uns war es der ideale Ausgangspunkt für die Touren in Wien. Musikverein, Oper, Belvedere, UBahn, … alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkhaus - 3 Gehminuten zum Hotel. Die Einpreisung der Hotelbar ist allerdings sehr ambitioniert. Im 10 Minuten-Radius finden sich sehr schöne Lokale. Na dann : viel Spaß in Wien 😃

Beim Check in sehr freundlich empfangen worden, das Zimmer war noch nicht bereit, konnten die Koffer deponieren. Zimmer sind eher klein, dafür sehr grosses Badezimmer! Einrichtung im Zimmer passt, uns fehlte eine nespresso Maschine. Frühstück war top! Alles in allem sehr gutes stadthotel!
