The cleanliness and service are quite good. The room is comfortable and the facilities are well equipped.

Excellent property in a quiet neighborhood and just 2-3 subway stops from Vienna's top attractions. The team at Weltwien was proactive, helpful, and accommodating, even emailing me months in advance to provide me with useful information for checking in/out outside of staffed hours. Checking in myself was a breeze, instructions were sent via Whatsapp. Special mention for Natascha who was a delight to communicate with. The apartment was spacious (large balcony), extremely clean, beautiful, and well equipped (full kitchen with pots and dishwasher). The bathroom was lovely and had a towel radiator. The TV was smart and easy to use. Weltwien is now one of my favourite apartment hotels in Europe! Only complaint was that the bedroom could be brighter (more lights). Laundry rooms are available on 2 floors, with detergent and ironing board provided. Highly recommended.

房間設施很新，也很齊全，附近有一個火車站和地鐵站，但離開市中心有點遠，雖然坐地鐵20分鐘就到市中心了，但位置實在偏僻，晚上附近啥都沒有

Ótimo apart hotel Ótimo apart hotel, limpo e confortável,staff gentil. Por azar, obras na rua em frente ao hotel dificultam muito o acesso, especialmente com malas. Dois cons: nao limpam o apto ou trocam toalhas com frequência e, infelizmente standard em quase todos hotéis, iluminação no quarto muito ruim. Mesmo assim, ficamos muito satisfeitos.

There is construction happening on the property. The front entrance was blocked and I found out after I arrived. This was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at. When I arrived, I was so confused how I was going to even enter the building and tried contacting them so many times to no avail. The rest of the stay was equally horrible because the construction would wake me up every morning and go on throughout the day making it impossible to rest properly. I can't believe it's okay for them to deceive guests like this and not let them know. They notified me on the day I was arriving how to get in because staff literally leave when it's check-in time and if they had just let me known about the construction at any time, I could have just booked another place. It's such a disrespectful thing to do and hide from guests.

Sehr empfehlenswert Grundsätzlich eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft, sehr gute Kommunikation bezüglich vorab Anmelden und einchecken, hat alles tadellos funktioniert. Ich würde die Appartements jedenfalls weiterempfehlen. (Der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht)
