The rooms are beautifully laid out, and the staff is hospitable, friendly, and welcoming! Ezekiel and Mercy were amazing and thorough in everything they did! I truly received a Lagosian welcome transmitted through their beaming persona and infectious smiles. Thanks for having me.

Such a relaxing place to stay with a peaceful vibe . It’s a wonderful place with plenty amazing places to eat and drink at the ebony lounge bar next to hotel . I would like to thank the staff member Stephen Ameh for going out of his way to make our stay comfortable and went shopping for us to get some ingredients on his way in for nightshift . We needed them to try help with my poorly fiancé! A truly exceptional staff member who was amazing and very helpful to offer this!! Would recommend to stay here! Stayed for 2 nights and my fiancé . Customer service was GREAT! My fiancé was very unwell and staff were extremely helpful , sympathetic and caring towards him! They serve a beautiful breakfast and nothing was a trouble and they really went the extra mile to get anything we needed! Thanks The White orchid, you are really making a difference ❤️

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. NOT TO BE TRUSTED! BE WARNED!!! went here and it was a worst experience ever. The staff were horrible. The manager was horrible. The The front desk staff were horrible. They do not care about their guests. Just stay away.

We are appalled by the fraudulent and disgraceful behavior of ©whiteorchidhotellagos. On 28th November, payment was made for a booking, yet the hotel denied receiving it despite clear evidence provided. Their gross incompetence caused severe embarrassment and inconvenience: Our guest was left stranded and forced to wait an unreasonable amount of time during check-in. They refused a smooth checkout, further compounding the stress. The management and staff have been shockingly nonchalant and dismissive, showing no sense of accountability or urgency in addressing the issue forcing us to make another payment so our guest can checkout. This is beyond poor service-it's outright fraudulent behavior. As of now, the matter remains unresolved, and the hotel has done nothing to compensate for the chaos they caused. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to STAY AWAY. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. To the management of White Orchid Hotel Lagos: this is your final opportunity to rectify this issue before we escalate it further.

First and foremost I would to thank the hotel manger Mr Samson as well Aunu and Ademola at the welcoming Desk. I was welcomed with fresh juice and a fruit platter, everything about this hotel tip top . The breakfast was very delicious the staff are very clean and friendly as well focus and they pay attention to detail, I was privileged to have a kind cleaner who clean my room daily Mr Benedict he is a very polite young man and I truly appreciate his services , I can’t leave out the security they well trained and polite. The roof top restaurant is sure a great place to be the food is so delicious as well as Ebony Life Cinema.love love it !! In conclusion I am very satisfied with my stay and please !! money well spent for sure I am coming again 😊 Best regards, Muni

Everything was superb. I enjoyed the service, the food, the space & the extra facilities. The aesthetics made our pictures really pop. The welcome mock tail & fruit platter, an absolute delight! The only problem is I wished I booked for longer!
