On the day after my arrival, I had Ana, a staffer, come to my apartment. I told her I did not want or need housekeeping services, just a set of fresh bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towel and some supplies. Before she left, she advised me to leave the door ajar when cooking, so the fire alarm would not be triggered. Well, there is a large hood over the electric stove...
Around 10:30 p.m., someone attempted to force the entrance door open, which I keep locked. I place door stoppers with light and sound alarms; those were triggered. The perpetrator left. Along with people slamming the door leading to the elevators, I was left with a very bad impression.
The handle of the kitchen sink faucet is completely loose. So is the towel holder in the bathroom. The bottom board of the cabinet that holds the oven/stove and dishwasher fell to the floor. The dishwasher is also loose and comes all the way onto whoever opens its door; it is a health hazard.
I am recording the issues mentioned here and I will send the video to the property owner/management. Sending anyone for repairs and/or maintenance while I am a guest is NOT acceptable to me. I should have been given an apartment in perfect living condition.
There are three retail stores downstairs but they are overpriced. Their assortment and quality of products is lacking. Not to mention the characters that target you on the way from and to the hotel and also inside those stores. It doesn't feel one bit safe and it is unpleasant.
