This hotel is a building of rooms spread over 14 levels, which seeks, through its architecture and decoration, the integration of the symbols of the Pre-Inca culture and modern design. The application of geometric shapes inspired reinterpreted as Chan Chan archaeological sites or Huaca of the Sun and the Moon, reflected in the Lobby, are examples of this. The range of brown colors refer to the earth and adobe with red tile accents complemented with corporate colors. The photographic collection portrays the city, its culture and traditions, and show an undoubted trujillano touch. Located at the entrance to the Golf urbanization, allowing quick and easy access from the Airport and the city center. 房間乾淨整潔，在Trujillo當地算高檔酒店了，一樓餐廳也算可以。酒店外面環境一般，南美酒店普遍都沒有牙刷牙膏哦！

El Hotel es excelente, el mejor de Trujillo, las habitaciones Ocean view tienen una buena vista. El equipo es muy cordial y el restaurante variado y la comida muy buena. Heiner esta siempre gustoso de recibir a los huéspedes y ayudarlos. No he tenido ningún inconveniente en mis estadías.

Vinimos con mi esposa para averiguar por el paquete de bodas para regalarle a unos sobrinos que se casan en abril próximo. La atención de Heiner y Lía fue más que espectacular (la expresión queda corta), contratamos el paquete sin siquiera mirar la habitación, la explicación y amabilidad e ellos dos fue suficiente. Felicitaciones en verdad chicos!!!

I stayed at this hotel for one night, as my company usually books this hotel. Due to a delayed flight to another city, I asked to prepare breakfast to go. But I was asked to pay extra for it. Although the breakfast was already paid for with the room. It is a pity that they do not care about long-term relationships with customers

Que decepcion desde el check in hasta el check out. Mala atencion y mala actitud del personal en general. Pésimo servicio. El restaurante un tema aparte. De lo peor que tiene el hotel. No entiendo como puede ser un 5 estrellas con esta atención y estandares de calidad. Nada recomendable. Uno exige de acuerdo a lo ofrecido y este Hilton 5 estrellas debe estar entre los peores en los que me he hospedado. La gerencia regional debería preocuparse, porque daba la apariencia de que esto era un barco sin capitán. Muy raro que todas las areas funcionen mal. Pareceria un problema desde la gerencia. Una tremenda decepción.

Rooms are ok, bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. Breakfast is a buffet, with varied hot food. There is a small gym and a pool. Near the hotel there are some shops. Downtown is quite a ride away, better take a cab. Staff at the breakfast is helpful.

Excelente servicio, nos ayudaron en todo y las instalaciones en perfecto estado. Sugerencias: temperar la piscina, mejorar la cocción de las galletas, estuvieron muy secas. Lo demás todo ok, usen el sauna esta buenísimo. Muy bien ubicado y estacionamiento amplio.

I have stayed at the Hilton double tree in Trujillo peru twice now. The service is exceptional and all the staff is very happy and helpful! I couldn’t be happier with the accommodations here. Everything is very clean and well maintained, it is the best accommodations in the city!

Wonderful staff and management. Very accommodating. Clean and safe. Wonderful service and attention. Highly recommended. This is the only place I stay when I am visiting Trujillo for work. They welcome me like I am pet of the family. Great experience.
