Relais San Giuliano

We had the most wonderful 6 nights here. Everything was perfect from the hotel’s beautiful design to the delicious breakfasts and food. My wife had a spa treatment which she said was among the best she’s ever had. Our room was perfect, with a gorgeous balcony. But every hotel is really only as good as its staff and I’m happy to say that we could not have been looked after better by Enrico, Irine, Ludovica, Davido, Marianna and everyone else (please forgive my misspellings!). They are a fabulous team for whom nothing was too much trouble. I can’t praise the Relais San Giuliano highly enough; it was an absolute DREAM. ❤️🙏

Struttura eccellente ai piedi dell'Etna con un fascino classico ma moderno allo stesso tempo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, cibo ottimo e curato, dal pool menù fino al fine dining dei Palici. Super raccomandata ed imperdibile l'escursione dall'Etna con Salvo, la guida che collabora con il Relais. Non una semplice escursione, ma una vera esperienza immresiva nel territorio grazie alle conoscenze e all'amore di Salvo per la sua terra.

A wonderful example of professionalism in hospitality! Immaculate in every way with attention to detail on every level. It’s an oasis of calm, where guests can relax without intrusion. The staff are so considerate …housekeeping, restaurant, front of house…they all know instinctively! The restaurants are quite incredible, with Il Palici providing us with the best dining experience ever. I could continue, but less is more! Don’t hesitate to book you stay here.

Relais San Giuliano is a beautifully designed property with charming buildings and inviting common areas, including a lovely living room and a refreshing pool. The atmosphere is serene, making it a sanctuary worth visiting. However, my experience with the booked room was disappointing. The room had a persistent moldy smell, and the cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible dust, hair, and sand from previous guests. Fortunately, the staff promptly moved us to another room that, while cozier, felt much better maintained and more inviting. The service was a mixed bag; while staff were eager to assist, their attentiveness sometimes felt a bit disorganized. Overall, I have mixed feelings about my stay. I would definitely return for the peaceful ambiance and stunning grounds, but I hope for improvements in room quality and cleanliness next time.

We were just really amazed by this wonderful place. The staff is so friendly and professional. Everything is beautiful, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. The food is fantastic (we had the chance to enjoy the barbecue night, what a beautiful surprise!). Don't miss this spot if you're visiting Sicily!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Relais scelto assolutamente per caso e last minute. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Il servizio e lo staff sempre attento e gentile. Questo posto è un piccolo paradiso in terra - assoluto relax ed ottimi servizi. Abbiamo usufruito anche della SPA e del servizio di massaggi. Tutto veramente ottimo e da consigliare!

Struttura elegante e curata Al centro di un bel giardino una piscina per rilassarsi oltre una la Spa Posizione strategica per potere vistare le bellezze naturali della zona ,dall Etna al mare. Eccellente ristorante con cantina ben fornita Il personale è professionale ,cortese ed accogliente Sono stata una settimana in agosto e ci ritornerò

Location stupenda e personale attento ad ogni tua esigenza. Abbiamo alloggiato in una junior suite, la Mirto. La cena al ristorante I Palici, che dire?un’esperienza unica. Cibo eccellente e percorso culinario unico. Ci torneremo quanto prima.
