Residence Inn Binghamton

瀑布去紐約路上，很nice的住宿，閣樓適合多人居住，造早餐還可以，就是沙發床實在不是很舒適

Loved the room and the location to our final destination was amazing.

My family and I arrived for a one night stay in a loft room, and it is the first time we have ever arrived at a Marriott property and turned and walked out. As you pull in, you are greeted by dozens of massive potholes. The property looks warn on the outside, and there were some people just standing around which is bizarre since it's not next to the road/store/restaurants or anything else. It felt unsafe to us. But we were tired so decided if we could just get into the room, we would surely find it to Marriott standards. Once we entered the room we noticed spiderwebs, a strange smell, crud in the toilet, and the floor of the 2nd storey not only squeaked loudly as you walked but also buckled under each step. We left the hotel and stayed at a different chain nearby. The only good thing is that the staff was friendly.

I have stayed in many Residence Inn in USA but Residence Inn Binghamton is one of the best hotel in USA. The property itself is one of the most beautifully designed. We stayed here for couple of days and our stay was amazing. Michael Koch ( GM ), Lily, Shaun- very hard working people and they always try their best to help the guests and ensure that their stay is comfortable. Always greeted every time with smile. All employees at this hotel always try their best to help you. Everything at hotel was working properly. Housekeeping staff try their best to keep the rooms very clean. Whole of the property was very clean. Lady ( Yicurni ) at Breakfast hall is very hard working, replenishing the breakfast stuff very quickly and keeping the area also very clean. If you need anything in the room , they used to deliver the same very promptly. Accepted my Amazon packages as well without any issues. A BIG THANKS for the Great service offered by everyone at this hotel, we just loved the experience and will always be staying at this hotel only whenever we visit Binghamton.

As lifetime Gold Elite Bonvoy members, my wife and I have stayed at many Residence Inns over the years, but we are sad to say that the Residence Inn in Binghamton, NY is at the bottom of the barrel. Everything about the hotel is dated and in need of serious refreshment, both on the outside and within the rooms. Paint was peeling on the outside, and the large spider web alongside the exterior stairs added to the sense that this property has long been neglected. Inside the room was no better. Our room was long and rather dark, with chipped furniture that had a "bargain basement" look to it--well below what we expect from Marriott. There was no soap by the sink in the bathroom, and a call to the front desk to ask for some went unanswered, so I had to go and get it. On that unanswered call I was also going to ask for someone from maintenance to come and plunge our clogged toilet. When I went to the front desk I asked if someone could come and take care of that, or else if there was a plunger so I could do it myself. The clerk's quick answer that he could give me a plunger reinforced my suspicion that there was no maintenance staff to do this, at least not within a reasonable time. Perhaps because breakfast was complimentary, I shouldn't complain about it, but it was strange that the three hot dishes were bacon, pork sausage, and packaged sausage biscuits. I would have expected one of those dishes to be scrambled eggs, but they were nowhere to be found. The packaged muffins, on the other hand, were quite good. Overall, though, this property has the look and feel of a 1950s or '60s motel, and was far from the quality we expect of Marriott Residence Inns. I am sure we will continue to stay at other Residence Inns, but we are unlikely to return to the Binghamton representative of this generally fine chain.

It was a nightmare when your hot water run out while you are rinsing your hair. It was ridiculous for a staff give you one sheet for your bedding. It starts from they advertise their sofa pull out as a queen bed. Btw they claim they have a pool which of course not available.
