Excellent facilities, very clean, kind staff and really helpful. I would recommend this hotel 100% and if I come back I would definitely stay here again.

Simple rooms, nice breakfast
Rooms simple and clean. Small breakfast buffet with a variety of toast, cereal, yoghurt and cake. Bed with spring mattress not so comfortable.

At first glance the area did not seem very safe. However I walked around after dark and early morning and felt fairly safe. The hotel itself is behind a gate and around the corner. I would suggest they add additional lighting because at night it's kinda dark walking to the front door. The hotel itself was very clean. However beds were unbearably hard. I could feel every spring in the bed and it's actually two small beds pushed together. You can feel the hard ridge in the middle. It's located a mins walk away from a bus stop and there's several near by. Buses were frequently delayed, though. Breakfast was tasty. A lot of very sweet options. It gets noisy during the day. I think there's a school right next door. Overall, if they replace the old mattresses I'd definitely stay again.

Le camere sono arredate in modo essenziale, ma sono confortevoli e pulite. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La colazione è buona ed abbondante. La struttura è dotata di un parcheggio interno ed è ben collegata con i mezzi al centro di Verona.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice room and good value. Away from the centre, but I had a three day bus pass and a bus stop is just across the road.

We had a nice stay for one night at Santa Teresa House. It is very basic, but clean and with most toiletries included. The few staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. We stayed here hoping it was very close to the train station, but it was a bit further than we expected. However, it was very easy to call a taxi company the hotel provided us with and they came immediately. It was a basic, but comfortable stay. We left very early in the morning so I cannot say how the breakfast was.

We went to Verona for a two weeks work. We found this location near the train station (using the city buses, they're always on time). We had to work in many different places, so we stayed here the night. Breakfast in the morning was abundant. People at the reception are very kind and polite. They help you, and they're always smiling. The rooms are clean and tidy, even though they are very simple. You can enter at every time, during the night there's a night watchman. If you are driving a car, you can also ask the parking. They really help you to work well. We also find other people, each morning there were new arrivals, families, pilgrims, tourists. We stayed here very well.

The experience has been very good, wonderful in reality, from the time we arrived until the exit, the guy at the reception was very friendly, he received us and helped us in everything, he even recommended places to go in the center of Verona. The room was very spacious and clean, everything was tidy, had a television and good lighting, the bathroom was very nice and spacious, accessible to people with wheelchairs and a bidet. Breakfast was included and it was very good, you can choose hot drinks in a machine, and there are also juices, cereals or infusions. A 10/10 the experience, I'm happy. 🤩🇮🇹✨
