Great place to stay.Quiet, clean and proper AC. Next to the Korean&Asian Restaurant.easy to walk from Verona Porta Nuova Trajn station and walk around the tourist attraction area🥰

location is great to walk around the city , its an old facility though nothing exceptional to expect however stuff was very nice and helpful :D enjoyed our stay here will come back

The lady who was on duty for the night of 25th of August 2026 was not friendly.

The location is very close to old town. Great to stay here.

The reception staff members were not particularly friendly. If the luggage storage is unguarded, it should be communicated to guests upon booking.

Charming and Comfortable Stay at Hotel Firenze I had a lovely stay at Hotel Firenze. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the room was exceptionally clean. I especially appreciated the heated toilet—such a thoughtful touch! The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight each morning—delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, which made arrival and departure easy, though it’s a bit of a walk to reach the historic city center. Being next to a main road, there was some street noise, but it wasn’t disruptive. Overall, a charming and well-kept hotel that offers a pleasant and cozy stay.

Great location less than 10 min away from train station. Almost all attractions in walking distance, even up to the castle. Very clean and quiet if at the inner side. Fancy electrical control however not really intuitive as we didn’t find out how to switch off air condition. The breakfast is rich but quality may be improved.

A very cute old-fashioned hotel. Great location, only a few minutes from the Arena. Got a great balcony and view of the mountains. The breakfast options could certainly use a refresh. Apart from that, there's not much I could complain about.

The hotel is in a great location, but the staff made some confusion with my reservation, stating that I had asked for separate beds when I was traveling with my husband!
