Pensione Sorriso

Ci svegliamo dopo la prima notte e andiamo in reception a ritirare i documenti lasciati la sera prima. L'anziana signora neanche ci saluta ma subito ci chiede chi era l'uomo che è uscito dalla nostra stanza stamattina presto. Insinuando che avessimo ospitato qualcuno. Siamo due amiche e non abbiamo ospitato nessuno. Quando diciamo che non era uscito dalla nostra stanza e facciamo notare che l'atrio rimane aperto sempre e può entrare chiunque l:anziana signora ci dice che siccome noi avevamo chiesto due chiavi aveva pensato fossimo noi e ancora ci ricorda che queste cose non si fanno perché gli ospiti si registrano tutti. Va avanti dicendo che gli altri ospiti sono coppie etc.. etc.. Ritengo queste accuse davvero inaccettabili, a prescindere dal fatto che nel nostro caso non corrispondono al vero, se la signora ha di questi dubbi mettesse una telecamera o una reception notturna anziche accusare ospiti a caso. Ma questa gente perché fa questo mestiere? La gentilezza dovrebbe essere la prima cosa se si vuole vivere di turismo.

Amenities were good. Great breakfast. Noisy next to train track but we knew about the location. One star because during check in, the staff tried to trick us into paying extra 25euro to upgrade to a different room in order to get 2 bath towels, even though we booked a room for 2 adults. We ended up getting 2 towels anyways but it was very dishonest of them to say we had to upgrade in order to get two towels we should have gotten instead of one.

We were so happy with Pensione Sorriso! We were greeted on our arrival, given lots of information about the hotel, and shown our room. The staff member was excellent. I believe her name was Elenora? She was so incredible and helpful Friday & Saturday. We saw her working so hard for every guest to make sure they were happy and had everything they needed. We were so impressed by her. We will come back here for future vacations.
