Hôtel F1 Verdun

Borne qui ne fonctionne pas donc obligé d'attendre quelqu'un de présent même avec une réservation. Hôtel non sécurisé, n'importe qui peut rentrer car porte qui ne ferme pas et parking en travaux donc barrière grande ouverte. Hôtel qui sent la cigarette et autres substances partout dans les couloirs. Hotel TRÈS SALE que cela soit la chambre ou les parties communes : matelas MOISI, sanitaires plus que encrassés, douches avec des excréments, mur avec des trous énormes, micro-ondes à disposition très sale... Cet hôtel n'a pas vu l'ombre d'un balai depuis des mois!!! Numéro de portable d'urgence afficher à l'accueil, personne ne répond !

We got completely robbed at F1 and Ibis Budget in Verdun :( We arrived at the hotel after 10pm on July 12. There was no one at the hotel at that hour, but in front of the hotel, there is a machine which you can use to reserve your room. There were three cars on the parking lot in front of the hotel, however the machine told us that the hotel was full. We then checked the hotel in the internet on our phones, and there we were able to make the reservation - I paid the hotel happily thinking, yippee, we would finally get in. Except that when I inserted the reservation code I had received by email, the machine in front of the hotel told me it was invalid. There was a phone number available for us to call in case of trouble, a payable number, but we called it - just to get the answer phone. There was no way to get in the hotel. There was no one there. The phone number did not work. We drove to the next hotel, Ibis Budget, which happened to be of the same hotel chain. We were shocked to find the same problem there: we paid the hotel with an internet reservation, but when we inserted our reservation code into the machine in front of the hotel, the machine told us that our code was not valid. At the Ibis Budget, there was noone there either: no way to get in, although we had paid the hotel and gotten our reservation code in the internet. When trying to call the responsable - it turned out the same person is responsible both for the F1 and Ibis Budget in Verdun - we received a practically insulting email back implying that we were just trying to lie to them to get our money back for no reason. We are in shock for the horrible experience. We paid but were not able to enter to the hotels Ibis Budget in Verdun, France, and to boot, received an insulting response from the person responsible for both hotels.
