Private: property 100 m2. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 3 km, railway station "Verceia" 1.3 km, sandy beach "'La Punta'(Lago di Como)" 9 km pebble beach "Verceia (Lago di Mezzola)" 150 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 16 km. Marina, golf course 42 km, fishing possibilities 150 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 9 km. Please note: car recommended. Fabio's house was incredible!! We stayed a couple of nights and loved it. He thought about every detail and used high quality materials around the house. The view is breathtaking, and you can even enjoy an outdoor barbecue on the terrace. If you have kids
