This appartment has the following distribution: • Bathroom: Shower, WC, Bidet, Single Washbasin • Bedroom: One Double Bed and A/C and heating Unit • Kitchen: Washing Machine, Microwave, Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Breakfast Bar. • Living room: TV, Dining Facilities, Sofa bed for 2 persons, A/C and heating Unit • Terrace: 7,7 m2 with an impressive view of the full 7 km beach. • Air conditioning and heating in the Bed room and living room. • Community Pool with naturist environment Southeast orientation, with sun in the terrace till early afternoon (facing to the sea), and sun in the entrance in the late afternoon (facing the communal swimming pool), therefore sun around all the day. The apartment has the closest possible situation to the beach (the beach in front of the apartment). The apartment is beautifully furnished, well equipped and is located on the first floor within the private naturist complex Natsun, in village of Vera, well-known by its naturist area with the 8 km sandy beach. Its privilege location benefits from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops in the nearby. Almeria enjoys the sunniest, warmest, and driest winter of all of Spain and Europe. A unique desert climate, stunning scenery, sandy beaches and great Spanish and affordable food. Vera is 40 minutes from the astonishing Cabo de Gata National Park. Sun, leisure, water sports (snorkelling, scuba diving, fishing, canoeing), outdoor living, fitness, relaxation and golf (6 golf courses in the nearby) are available all year round! Located within 2.5 hours flying time from the main European airports is reached by low-cost flights. Almeria Airport is 40 minute highway drive from Vera. Vera is also served by two other international airports, Murcia and Alicante. Both are less than two hours away by car. Perfect for accommodation of single persons, couples and families (less than 5 persons). The 'Standard Occupancy Period' is 7 nights.
