Travelers Beach Inn

This place should not be listed on trip.com period! The woman at the counter was in pajamas, she was not courteous at all, in fact she was rude and very unprofessional. The room was very very dirty, it had holes on the wall in the bathroom. the shower curtain was held up by a dirty towel cuz the shower curtain rod was too short....The bed blanket had dirty whit human secretion white stains on it and it smelled really bad + the towels were old and looked like a piece of rag. WIFI did not work properly as the router was inside the registration room behind the counter which was too far from my room. I ended up having to spend the night in my car in front of the room that I had paid for because I did not want to get sick and she refused to refund my money after I saw the room. It is an embarrassment for trip.com to list places like that, shame!

Room was unsafe and unsanitary. Service is terrible, too. Please do not book a room here! During the check in process, the receptionist went to great lengths not to touch anything used by guests. He asked for my credit card and held it with a wet tissue. Same with the pen that I used to sign the invoice. This is ironic, considering how dirty the motel is. The room key that I was provided with did not work, so I went back to the receptionist and told him about it. He put on one purple surgical glove, took the key from me, and went to the room. He too, couldn't unlock the door. He muttered something, and then KICKED the door open. The furniture was in poor condition. The armchair had stains and holes and airconditioning reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no safety latch on the door, and the peep hole was plugged with tissue. I did not feel safe staying in that motel because someone could easily barge into the room at night. I immediately checked out and sought a refund though Trip.com, but the motel rejected my request. 10/10 do not recommend booking a room at this motel.

Don't stay there. The electrics are dodgy, the room was filthy and the sheets had cigarette burns in them. There was no fridge so we accepted another room. When moving our bags the proprietor told us to clean the toilet and to hurry up! She was the rudest person I have ever met! And apart from the green swimming pool water, THERE ARE COCKROACHES!

This hotel is hosted by a group of beautiful people and staff. They are caring and considerate with my needs and offer a very good value for the exchange. I highly recommend their Motel and will return again and again. Thank you Travelers Beach Inn!

This is the most HORRIBLE place you can book at. The front desk receptionist is very rude.The rooms here are ran down! The blankets have holes,heater don't work,doors have tape on them,room stinks, they have roaches crawling around, outside is homeless people. My family ended up leaving and booking else where. That saying you get what you pay for it so true here!

A great budget motel with nice staff at the front desk. All accessories in working order in the room, though the space heater was low capacity for a cold night. Easy and adequate free parking. Great location not too far from stores and restaurants.

Ann at the front desk is the kindest person I’ve ever met. I was so lucky to stay there and meet her. If you ever have the opportunity to see Ann snd say hi from Buddy. The water pressure is phenomenal.

The rooms were basic but clean. Better than I expected for such a low rate. The furniture was dated and mismatched but it was cozy and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again.

Really enjoyed it, staff was great too. Clean room, convenient location. Would recommend this place. Cheap too. Very comfortable bed. The place is a little dated, but all beach hotels are. Had a quiet night
