A well-appointed yard includes two dining tables, outdoor storage includes beach gear not limited to three soft surfboards, boogie boards, a variety of wet suits for beach toys, and a firepit to put your feet up after a day at the beach. This home can welcome ten guests, with three comfy bedrooms, one double futon, and linens for a comfortable couch. All the comforts of home with a resort feeling. Three comfy bedrooms that are neatly decorated with plenty of linens. We have one high-end futon bed upstairs, plus a new wrap-around couch in the TV room. Close to the charming town of Carpinteria, you will find quaint shops, boutique clothing stores, antiquing, farmers' markets on Thursdays, and a good variety of dining. The town of Santa Barbara is a 10-mile drive north up the 101 and has many activities, including, but not limited to, the harbor, shops, theater, and dining.
