돌아이 같은 사장 할배 올라와있는 도시세 조식비 보다 비싸게 부르고 야밤에 뒤에서 개소리 내서 사람 놀래켜서 컴플레인 했더니 손님한테 차별하고 불친절하게 태도변화 처음엔 코리아 좋아요 하더니 나중에 체크아웃할때 거울 안걸어놓고 간다고 못가게 막고 경찰부르고 100유로 청구한다고 지랄함 신혼여행인데 무섭고 기분상하고 도대체 이런 호텔이 왜 평점이 높은지 이해 안됨 할배 영어 전혀 못하고 마지막엔 영어하니까 울랄라 하면서 인종차별 시전

Abbiamo passato un week-end in questo meraviglioso b&b, posizione perfetta con vista sulla laguna. Camere pulite, spaziose e silenziose. Claudio, persona davvero piacevole, ci ha accolto calorosamente in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso che permette di evadere da una Venezia ultimamente sempre più affollata! Consigliatissimo fare colazione nel giardino esterno con vista sulla laguna!

We returned to Murano to buy some more tumblers - no better place to go for 'vetrina'. We stayed for one night at the Casa Sulla Laguna, and Claudio made us very welcome (we can certainly recommend the family Rosato!). Our room was simple, comfortable and homely. The view over the Lagoon (towards the Lido I think) was really interesting. If you go to stay in Murano I'm not sure there's any reason to stay anywhere else. Murano is not a big place and everything you could want is within easy walking distance (shops, restaurants, vaperetto ...)

My husband and I chose the island of Murano to be away from the bustling action of the main island of Venice. We chose Casa Sulla Laguna because of location and the pictures offered a quiet getaway. It did not disappoint. This was my favorite place to stay of all the places we've stayed over the years. We were greeted by Antonia who through a translation app oriented us as to what vaporettos to take as well as options for meals. The room was very quiet , comfortable and offered a view of the lagoon and Venice. We had breakfast outside in their quiet garden and even spent a lovely afternoon out there with a bottle of wine. This garden borders on the lagoon so we watched the many boats cruise by. The boutique hotel was well designed with safety lights in the halls and gated access for security. We were made to feel right at home and we did. It was charming, clean and comfortable. I can't say enough about the ambience and how Antonia made us feel welcome in their home. It definitely deserves a 10 out 10. Grazie Antonia.

Wow! We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Sulla Laguna and are so grateful to Claudio and his beautiful wife for their warm hospitality and excellent standards of service. Our room was absolutely beautiful with comfy beds and pillows and a view that displayed such beauty. Casa Sulla Laguna prides itself on impeccable standards of cleanliness and the furnishings are top quality. We spent 6 nights but alas! It was not long enough! As we said to Claudio upon leaving, we will most certainly return to this beautiful piece of paradise!!!

Een heerlijke oase van rust na een dag in de gekte van Venetië. S morgens ontbijten op het terras aan de lagune met uitzicht op Venetië. In Murano zelf kun je je prima vermaken bij de vele winkels met murano glas, restaurants en wandelen langs de kanalen.

Late at night arriving into Marco Polo I wondered if I had bitten off more then. I could chew by booking into an air bnb on murano rather than an airport hotel . If I had taken the airport option I would have missed an oasis of kindness and generosity . Even if I had tried I couldn’t get lost , Claudios instructions were perfect step by step and he constantly checked on my whereabouts to make sure I was ok. I was enchanted both by claudio and by this serene location over the lagoon . Claudia doesn’t speak English but has a great system of translation through Google translate which simply adds to the charm . I’ll Be back like a flash. I had to meet A friend back at the airport so it was only a fleeting visit ; but the images and friendliness have stayed with me , and you can’t often say that . Thankyou Claudia , I’ll Be back to get To know you and Murano better next time .

Murano is much more quiet than San Marco and Casa Sulla Lagoon at the end of the island - making for a quiet place to stay. Claudio is a kind and gracious host. He does not speak English but able to communicate using google translate. Our room was on the ground floor. It was small but comfortable. Furnishings are basic, but functional. Cost was reasonable.
