Very good hotel in venice the staff is so lovely the night staff told me about everything that i have to know about venice and really cute

Amazing staff, great facilities, location close to Santa Lucia Station, walking access to all major attractions.

晚上匆忙看了酒店外觀訂的。酒店裝修簡潔、有特色、房間雖然不大但整潔乾淨、衣櫥、冰箱等設施齊全、還有一個小涼台。不遠處就是大運河、火車站、挺方便。

역3분거리 왼쪽으로 가면 구경거리천지에요 와인주유소(?)도 가깝고 직원분 엄청 친절하고 조식도 깔끔하고 좋았어요 굿굿 깨끗!!

진짜 깨끗하고 최신시설이에요!!! 유럽숙소 다 낡은데 여긴 최고에요 ㅠ 조아요

房間設施雖然有些年份，整體整潔空間大，算是島上條件非常好的酒店

スタッフがみんな親切で優しく ベネツィアの交通の手段や行き方など教えてくれました！ 早朝に空港までタクシーの手配をお願いしようとしましたが 高速バスの乗り方と時間、金額を教えてくださり 安く行けたのでとても助かりました！ チェックインより早く着いたので荷物を預けようとしましたが早めに部屋に入れてもらえてよかったです！ コインランドリーはありませんが徒歩5分ほどの距離にあります！ ユニットバスがありましたが排水があまりよくありませんでした。 しかしそれ以外はほんとに良くてオススメです！

good hotel. near the train station and quite clean

Hotel was very easy to locate, just a few minutes away from the station. Breakfast place was nice and clean. Front desk staff was kind enough to offer us a map and briefly showed us the direction. Our room was on the first floor and we had to carry the luggages upstairs by ourselves with stairs. The lighting in the room was a bit dimmed and poor ventilation in the bathroom. Theres mold on the wall so we had to leave the door open after shower.

レストランの内装がとてもオシャレで素晴らしい👍👍 部屋が間接照明のみで薄暗いので、個人的にはマイナスポイントかな。総合的には⭕️

總體不錯👍位置離火車站很近不錯。酒店附近有中餐！還有一個大冰箱不錯！酒店還可以寄存。

호텔의 서비스가 편안하고 매우 친절했어요

The hotel staff are friendly, courteous, attentive, and helpful to guests , There have are nice Restaurant in the Hotel, The location is excellent and just nearby the Metro Station with 3 mins by walk
