The host is very nice. He approached us once we booked the room. He greeted us and asked us anything he could help when arrived. He provided us sightseeing recommendations and routes through Google map. The place is located good. We had a good time there.

是一間民宿，位置離車站很近，有大型行李的會比較方便。房東服務很好，房間比較乾淨，室內有抽濕機，不會很潮濕。

ベニスサンタルチア駅から観光ストリートを歩いて10分以内で繁華街に近くでも一本裏道に入るので静かで便利なロケーションです ゴンドラ乗り場なども徒歩で行けるのでここを中心にベニスをたっぷり堪能出来ました。 部屋も古いベニスの家という感じで日本で言う町屋的な雰囲気を味わえて一味違うイタリアを楽しめました。

Owner of the apartment, Alessandro was very prompt in all queries and replies expeditiously. Place is suitable for families up to 4 pax. The environment is very cosy and rustic. Locality of the apartment is great. Near to the train station and within waking distance. Alessandro gives clear guidance and states everything clearly in his messages thru WhatsApp. He conversed well in English. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay with nice memories of Venice and his hospitality.

位置很好，在威尼斯主島，離聖露西火車站也近！在羅馬廣場下車後步行10分鐘基本就到了！拖着大箱子也沒太費勁！退房後還可以把箱子放在門廳寄存，房主還熱情地幫我訂餐館，使用微信問題回覆很快，比較贊！ 缺點在於房間取暖設施不完善，屋裡冷，冬天的威尼斯陰冷，房間不暖和，孩子後來發燒了，比較影響後續行程！單人床鋪比較窄，單身會擔心掉下床去！

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Venice. The apartment was truly beautiful – tastefully decorated with a charming interior that perfectly reflected the Venetian atmosphere. Everything was very clean and cozy, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect – just a short walk from the train station, which made our arrival with backpacks very easy and convenient. Right next to the apartment there is a canal, where in the evening you can enjoy a beautiful and peaceful walk. The host was extremely responsive, kind, and attentive, always answering quickly and being very helpful throughout our stay. This made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. It was honestly one of the most memorable accommodations of our trip. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family, and I am sure I will return here again!

Merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel, très bien situé, au calme. Les draps et serviettes de bain étaient fournis. La cuisine est bien équipée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Muy buena ubicación, limpio, camas cómodas, con todo detalle. Sábanas y toallas peefectas. No había aire acondicionado pero si ventiladores y fue suficiente en pleno agosto. Anfitrión muy muy atento. Facilidades para dejar las maletas. Recomendable 100%

Alvise Zavagno was extremely proactive since the day I booked his place to when I arrived in Venice. The home was beautiful and AC was adequate. We were provided detailed instructions on the facilities, nearby restaurants and tourist attractions. Everything worked out smoothly due to the proactive approach, thanks again to Alvise!

We would really recommend this charming, characterful apartment. It is in a nice quiet location close to everything needed (easy from bus and train stations) and was cool, clean and with a good shower and comfy beds. The host was exceptionally helpful right from the start. We had a really stressful arrival from the airport and the clear instructions and cold bottle of wine in the fridge were so welcome!! The host also gave us great tips for enjoying Venice and everything was clear and easy. If we come back to Venice we will definitely choose this apartment again, thank you Alessandro!

Ca' Rielo is a beautiful, historic house located just a few minutes' walk from the main train station — yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area where you don’t have to squeeze through crowds of tourists. The apartment is incredibly decorated, with great taste and character. There are paintings, old souvenirs, and the whole atmosphere truly captures the spirit of old Venice. At the same time, all the modern comforts work perfectly: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a humidifier. Everything is spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling, and fully equipped — from dishes to small essentials that make it easy to stay not just for a few days, but even 2–3 weeks. The place is simply stunning, and the host is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. He’ll suggest the best walking routes around Venice, recommend great restaurants, and share the story of the house. We stayed there with small children and loved every moment. Highly, highly recommended — 10/10 (and we do travel a lot, so we know when something truly stands out).
