We were only there for a night but the people made us feel so welcomed. They were very helpful as well. And the view was amazing!

This was a fantastic option to stay in Venice. Close to local restaurants and loads of access to Venice. Our host was lovely and accommodating, made us feel at home. The room was spacious and clean too. Would stay again!

It was a lovely stay at Venice My Friends Canal View. The owner was welcoming and very helpful, the room was clean, and there were complimentary coffee and biscuits. I recommend staying here if you travel to Venice!

Beautiful hotel! Jennifer is an absolute amazing host! Our view was a 10 out of 10. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel does not have an elevator and the room was a bit small. There is quite a bit of noise from the water at night and morning from boat traffic. But the location is perfect. You are away from tourists, in the residential neighborhood of Cannaregio. You are 10 minutes from the train station and close to water taxi stations. Price was good! Highly recommend staying for a visit to Venice

My family of 3 stayed here in September. When I initially phoned the reception from our taxi to advise of my arrival I got hung up the female who answered it lol - so it wasn't the greatest first experience but I put that down to the language barrier. On arrival, our room itself was spacious, clean with nice bathroom, and the best part is the magnificent views of the canal down below from our window, staying here was a good choice too as it's away from the noise, hustle and bustle from the city centre so for that reason it's also at a reasonable price. If you want to stay somewhere that will not break the bank and has gorgeous views I'd recommend it - just be aware they don't speak great english so would be good to at least brush up on some italian.

Great location! Good price! Overlooks the canal! The location was nice. The view was very beautiful.It is very close to Gettho and the bus station, railway station. We can easily go to any famous place in Venice. It has a good vibe around a taverna bunch. Great value for the price. Thank you.

Central, while a bit away from the worst of the crowds. Quest, except for natural noises from the canal. Great view of the canal. The picture does not lie. No manned reception, but the host is always available. ********** gives you an incorrect phone number, the right one is to be found on the door.
