Nice cozy hotel Very nice location, pretty centrally in Venice 10 minutes by foot from Rialto bridge. Not the easiest entrance to find, but nice neighbourhood. Beautiful views of the canals, that were however slightly noisy on the weekday mornings. Room was well equipped internet tv, steam iron, modern bathroom, coffee and tea. Everything new and nice. All in all it’s a very nice hotel for experiencing Venice.

Brilliant stay in a great part of Venice Great hotel in a guest house style, there were 3 rooms. Bed was very comfy, location is perfect, it is a 5 minute walk from san marco but also quiet at night. We had a room overlooking the canal, which was great. The hosts were great, they sent us an email with what was going onnin venice during our stay so we were able to plan and they also sent us a list of recommended restaurants depending on the area of venice we went to. Great value for money in a lovely part of venice, would recommend highly. Rooms had plenty of space and bathroom was large with a shower. They also provided a plug in mosquito repellant. Only thing to be aware of, is this room is up stairs and doesnt have any lift, its only 2 short flights of stairs but would recommend anyone with mobility difficulties to maybe chat to the hotel before coming.

As a travel agent I research all the hotels I’m going to stay in before booking. This small boutique hotel/guesthouse was a not my usual choice, but I think for my job it’s really important to stay in a number of different types of accommodation. From my research it was apparent this was a really small hotel with no additional facilities such as bar or restaurant therefore no breakfast was available. However, the previous reviews had all been fantastic so decided to take the plunge and I booked it for my husband’s birthday. Before arriving Chiara & Marco contacted us to find out our time of arrival and provide us with a comprehensive set of directions, list of events in Venice during our stay and the option to book a water taxi direct to the property. Which we didn’t book but actually wished we had! The hotel itself is a short walk from the nearby station, which itself is a fun experience navigating the small streets with a suitcase. As stated in other reviews there is a staircase to navigate to the hotel. On arrival Marco was there to greet us and provided us with a list of personally recommended restaurants and bars, (which was a great help, and we ate at some, and they were lovely). Although we arrived early our room was available and was a great size. We stayed in a Superior with canal view. (The only other room option is Superior with balcony). Recently refurbished in a modern venetian style with large double bed, mini fridge with two bottles of complimentary water daily and a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Nespresso machine plus additional tea and coffee making facilities. A large bathroom with walk in shower and toiletries. With the additional wow factor when you open the windows over-looking the small beautiful canal with the singing gondolas passing. It really was something special. The location was fantastic in San Marco, within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, St Marks Square, and the Grand Canal. We both absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend to friends and clients.

Wow wow wow! What an amazing place to stay while in Venice. We went for carnivale which was so convenient since we were close to st marks square. The directions given to us by the hosts were so detailed and easy to follow! It felt like living in a dream

What a fantastic stay. Can be tricky to find the correct door to enter but the photographs and instructions sent made that a lot easier. No lifts here so you must be able to carry luggage upstairs. Check in was quick and swift. Rooms a lovely size, bottle of Prosecco for our Honeymoon and fantastic views. Location perfect and even though central it was super quiet. The gondola singers woke us up in a morning. Super romantic. Just be careful opening the windows at night as all the mosquitos came in and my husband got bitten a fair bit. Amazing rainfall shower, very decent sized rooms and the biggest comfiest bed we could’ve wanted. Home comforts like Nespresso machine and Netflix. Thanks for such a rememberable stay.
