Hotel bem localizado, a 5 mim da estação ferroviária e vaparetto, 10 min da rodoviária. Bairro movimentado e cheio de opções. Quarto novo e confortável, boas instalações. Staff gentil e bom café da manhã. Recomendo.

Piccolo hotel vicino alla stazione, in una calle davanti al ponte degli scalzi. Stanza grande,con due finestre su un piccolo cortile interno. Bagno spazioso con I prodotti necessari. Bollitore con te caffè e zucchero. Wifi. Colazione continentale in una piccola saletta con anche uno spazio esterno, riscaldato in inverno. Caffè latte e cappuccino da macchina automatica, paste, toast, frutta e salumi, aranciata e latte fresco. Gentilissimi i gestori, ci hanno consentito di lasciare i bagagli per un ultimo giro per Venezia prima della partenza. In una parola, hotel ottimo.

Réservation sur last minute . Un très bon Hôtel à proximité de la gare. Dans une rue calme . C’est un Hôtel très propre avec du personnel aimable et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuné est complet. Un très bon rapport qualité / prix . Très bonne surprise pour nous . Je recommande

Charmant petit hôtel, le personnel est très accueillant et n’hésite pas à vous rendre service , les locaux très propres. Petit déjeuner parfait. Très bonne situation à deux pas des restaurants, du grand canal , de la gare . Possibilité de laisser ses bagages même après avoir rendu les clés ! N’hésitez pas si vous voulez passer un super séjour !!!

Great hotel team! We had a wonderful stay here! From the second we walked through the door, the employees here were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were able to get us to our room earlier, as well as accommodate to the fact we had an early check out by leaving some breakfast in our room. Very thoughtful! Breakfast was abundant and delicious! We would definitely recommend staying here. Price to stay was affordable, too!

it is a lovely place to stay. clean, just on the city center

Convenient and Friendly Excellent location a few minutes from the train station. It felt safe walking nearby even at night. The staff was delightful and helpful. Breakfast is simple and there is a cute patio area for sitting. Plus , there is a wonderful restaurant named Il Vagone within 100 feet that we can highly recommend (others agree, it gets 4.5 on Yelp).

Excruciating heat, and weak ac other than a small standing fan. But room was clean and tidy, yet a little outdated. Nice location.

Good cost/benefit. Would stay there again. Very good cost/benefit . Very near to the train station , rooms have enough space and its worth the price compared to other hotels in Venice. Unfortunately they are with a AC problem in this summer but provided a fan to each room and theres a sign saying that. The reception works for not much time (from 9 till 14) but they provide a memo with all the information you need. Not advised for those with heavy bags because that are stairs to get to the room.

Erinomainen sijainti myöhään saapuvalle Saavuimme keskiyöllä, joten sijainti oli lähellä Piazzale Romaa. Ruokaa ja juomaa oli saatavilla katuravintoloista. Rautatieasema on myös lähellä. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti. Aamiainen ei ollut kovin hyvä. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä.
