Location is fine close enough with a ten minute walk to some cafe, nothing special about the breakfast and twice had to ask the reception to make our room up at the end of day . Staff friendly enough.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean room. Located at the south of Venize, quiet part of the town. Staffs are friendly and happy to help. I would definitely recommend this.

Wonderful stay with our family - two adults, two children. Fantastic location, rooms clean and well equipped and a lovely breakfast. Such a great base for our Venice stay just around the corner from two Vaporetto stops - Salute and Accademia - and minutes from the Geand Canal. Great communication from the hotel too in advance, with directions etc. We're very pleased we booked here.

Room was a bit dirty (floors blackened my feet; bathroom had stains/dark splash marks on the wall and hadn't been properly wiped down; refillable water bottle in my room had mold) and for the amount I paid, I expected an immaculate space. On the other side of things, I appreciated the help I received with various needs from the front desk.

Clairement à ce tarif on s’attend à bien mieux (370€ SANS petit dej). Les chambres sont très très petites. La salle de bain digne d’un 2*. On demande a changer de chambre après être tombés sur un lit double fait de 2 lits simples. On nous met alors dans une chambre plus petite, clairement la catégorie du dessous, qui donne sur la climatisation du restaurant d’à côté mais qui a un « vrai » lit double. Lorsqu’on nous demande lors du check out comment s’est passé notre séjour, on répond honnêtement que c’est clairement pas à la hauteur du tarif affiché. La personne prend la remarque personnellement et se vexe.
Prenez l’option annulation. Checkez les prix à la dernière minute car ils sont bien meilleurs. Au moins vous paierez pour ce que vous aurez.

I enjoyed the property and the staff. I wish they provided hand lotion but that is minor. I just expected a hotel to provide that.
The plants and decor are lovely and the shuttle driver to the airport was very nice. Breakfast was very good and open at 6:30 am which is earlier than typical and I appreciated that.
