Fabulous Apartment, great location, has absolutely everything you could need and a few little extras. Apartment was spotless, great comfortable bed ( very important) good shower (equally important) - it was great. Fantastic location, beautiful square outside with lovely restaurant's… couldn’t recommend it more. Cherry in the cake was Paolo, who hosted the apartment.. who was incredible from booking, sending updates, welcoming us so kindly and giving us advice and a few tips to make the most of visit… a gentleman and lovely to deal with… if the place was 4 star, Paolo made it 5!! Highly, highly recommend. Picture below is the square outside your door at Midnight! Beautiful!

We had a fantastic family experience in Venice, staying in this beautifully designed apartment. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the city easily while enjoying a quiet atmosphere. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and family-friendly, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host Paolo was exceptional, providing us with helpful tips and ensuring we felt at home. Overall, it was a memorable trip, and we highly recommend this accommodation for families visiting Venice!

Well located apartment within easy walking distance of two vaporetto docks, St Marco Square and Rialto bridge, and plenty of eating choices. Spacious room with aircon, but smallish shower (normal for European hotels and apartments). Washer/dryer easy to operate. Second floor with no lift, but no big deal. Excellent assistance from both Paolo and Matteo, and they also helped get to and from the place from the water taxi. Well priced and would recommend to deal directly.

La ubicación del departamento es perfecta, a diez minutos de todos los puntos de interés. Estuvimos en el departamento La Salute, todas las comodidades! Y a pesar del tórrido verano veneciano, estuvimos frescos en el apartamento. Paolo y Matteo nos ayudaron prestamente con sus comentarios y sugerencias. Muy recomendable.

Our time in Venice was made more magnificent by staying in our amazing self contained apartment overlooking a garden. Being able to wash our clothes, cook breakfast and having such welcoming hosts with incredible facilities made our time very special. Not to mention the outstanding location. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

The apartments were stylish, clean and very comfortable. The owner Met us on arrival and was very welcoming and helpful. There were welcoming drinks in the fridge which was a lovely surprise. We cannot wait to return. The apartments were also cleaned throughout our stay.

Wonderful apartments, quite, relaxing and perfectly placed in a great area away from the busy areas but still so close to the main areas. Always clean and tidy, with all required facilities. We took friends this time and they are hooked on the apartments a Venice.

Very enjoyable stay - very comfortable, well equiped apartment with great A/C, dishwasher and washing machine. Sound proof and very central to everything. Firm but comfortable bed and very spacious bedroom. Bathroom good with small shower but great water pressure.

Ca' Sant' Angelo and Venice were highlights of our trip! The apartment has a very convenient location. 5-10 min. walk from St Marks, and 5-10 Min walk from Rialto Bridge. Only a couple of min. walk from the Vaporetto stop. Surrounded by good restaurants, both casual and nice. The apartment is very well appointed, and looks just like it does on the web site. It was no more expensive than many hotels we stayed at in Italy, and it had 3x the space. The apartment had a washing machine, which saved us a lost afternoon doing laundry. Paulo took great care of us, showed us where the vaporetto stop and grocery store were. He was a very kind, knowledgeable host. If you are making your first visit to Venice, Paulo can have a private boat pick you up at the train station. It was a memorable way to see the city when we arrived!
