This hotel positioned as 3 star, but it is not.
There no normal table in the room. Only mirror in the room located in toilet in place, that make it impossible to use.
There are no wardrobe, drawers next to the bed. You can only sleep in the room. Besides, the breakfast is served in another hotel, and there is almost nothing to eat: one sort of bread, one sort of croissant, jem, yogurt. If you like to have some cheese and ham, you should pay 3 euro extra per person per day. Do you want eggs or pankeks? Forget, it is not possible at all. I've never ever visited sush horrible place.

The room was very clean and tidy. Although the location is not in Venice city centre but it’s only a 10-15 mins bus ride there so it’s not too bad.

Ero prevenuta avendo letto qualche recensione negativa Dovendo soggiornare con un gruppo di 50 persone dirette al Carnevale di Venezia. ho contattato l'hotel ed ho potuto parlare con la signora Caterina, persona gentilissima e attenta a venire incontro alle diverse richieste del gruppo. L'hotel si presenta bene, fa parte dell hotel Momdial, situato di fronte Anche se le canere erano tutte occupate, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli dalla mattina presto per poter raggiungere subito Venezia in quanto la stazione dei treni Marghera Mestre è situata nello stesso edificio a due passi dall'hotel. Suamo potuti stare a Venezia sino a sera inoltrata in quanto abbiamo potuto cenare in un ottimo ristorante convenzionato. Dopo cena in 10 minuti di treno siamo rientrati in hotel e rqggjunto le stanze, piccole ma confortevoli con letti comodi, biancheria linda e nuova. Sono dotate di condizionatore caldo/freddo, tv, bagno in camera e cassaforte. Ed anche sin troppo riscaldate. Per 2 o 3 giorni vanno benissimo, visto anche lottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione, consumata nella elegante sala del Mondial è stata di ottima qualita, abbondante, salata e dolce con ciambella sfornate al momento, piccoli croissant, succhi, frutta fresca. yogurth ecc. Personale veloce, attento, disponibile, (mi hanno fatto anche un cappuccino al latte di soia. Se dovessi ricapitare da quelle parti, sicuramente ci tornerei. Esperienza più che positiva Scopri di più

To nie są standardowe pokoje, chyba, że szare mydło to zestaw kosmetyków a widok na sąsiednie okna, to widok na miasto. Recepcja nieprzyjemna. Hotel po drugiej stronie ulicy. Strasznie głośno. Nie da się spać. Nigdy więcej tu nie przyjadę.

Dunque, non so cosa dire si questo hotel perché al momento del check in ci hanno fatto andare nell'hotel di fronte, il Mondial, perché, hanno detto, c'erano poche prenotazioni. Hotel standard per dormire e basta. Non adatto a persone come noi che pretenderebbero almeno 1 colazione decente. Sicuramente è comodissimo x andare a Venezia con i mezzi, 15 m8n di autobus c9n fermata davanti all'hotel. Nelle vicinanze, almeno in inverno, non c'è un ristorante decente

Se per motivi di lavoro doveste trovarvi a dormire a Venezia Mestre...scappate da questo hotel, dove il letto è sfondato, le prese di corrente mal funzionanti, ogni parte dell'hotel maleodorante, sporca, rovinata, dove non troverete un bidet, con doccia col cavo rotto, dove la colazione non è inclusa... E il bello è che si spaccia per un tre stelle!!! Ma vergognatevi!

These reviews are all true. The rooms are hideous. I thought it was an exaggeration when I read about blood stained walls, but then I got into my room and the walls were indeed full of crushed mosquitoes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The awful manageress from across the street needs to retire I think. Either that or she has no clue about customer service. She takes any criticism personally and has no tact or integrity. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. The neighbourhood is also very dodgy.

The hotel is a bit on the old side, really needs a revamp! It is good value for money with the option to have a super breakfast at their sister hotel across the road at only €5 per person! Great location but the neighborhood is terrible which is a real shame. Don't follow Google maps from the station as it takes you through a very unsafe underpass... Drug ******* shooting up and strange people. Use the exit from below the platforms of the station, direction illoa I think it's called, then the hotel is about 2 minutes away. You can get a bus or tram to and from the centre of Mestre and also to Venice. Just ask the super helpful and lovely staff, they will put you in the right direction!
