The location is perfect. However, you may need to go up or down stairs(3 level) by yourselves with your heavy luggage. It depends on the staff who wait for you. The bathroom is so close to the toilet so that it is difficult to shower in the small space. However there is a bathroom for everyone on the floor. The key didn’t work properly so that it took a lot time to enter into the room. While the staff required us to leave the key whenever we go out, sometimes there weren’t any staff in the reception. So we couldn’t get the room key.

What a terrible experience. The room was absolutely filthy when I first arrived. The walls have not been cleaned or painted for years. There was dust on every single surface I touched so I could not stop sneezing. When I had already processed that part, I went to have a shower only to realise there wasn't any hot water. I went to reception and was told to leave the water running for 15 minutes to see if it would come out hot. I literally had to wait for 20 minutes (water being wasted unfortunately) to be able to have a shower with lukewarm water, it wasn't even hot. This was a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know. It is better to stay in Mestre and get to Venice by bus in 10 minutes than booking a cheap and filthy hotel in the island itself like this one.

Pleasant stay I recommend it for visitors I will definitely use again 😊

Really good for a night stay. Centre of the city. Room size is small and not sound proof.

Hôtel super bien placé mais les chambres sont humides, les installations vieillottes. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil surtout l'emplacement. Petit déjeuner basique.

酒店位置離Rinalto橋和聖馬可廣場很近，早餐簡單定食，最不可以接受的是淋浴條件極差，幾乎沒有空間，與坐便器共用空間極其狹窄，這一點對於旅行者極不方便。還碰到鄰居住家可能精神狀態不佳的人用石頭5-6次擊石酒店窗户遮陽簾，投訴房間裏手機的聲音吵到她，晚上十點前的事情。

Hotel sporco, non descrivo le condizioni del bagno. L'unico modo di renderlo decente è ricostruirlo. L'unica cosa bella di questo hotel è stata "C'è posta per te" L'hotel più indecente, sporco e orribile in cui ho mai alloggiato Conclusione, non ci andate

Pessimo albergo lo sconsiglio, pulizia pessima non cambiano né lenzuola né asciugamani, accoglienza pessima poco italiano, non andate lo sconsiglio c’è molto di meglio a prezzi minori e più a centro il bagno pessimo la doccia con i braccetti rotti l’acqua fuori esci da tutte le parti

Partendo dal presupposto che da un due stelle non mi sarei aspettata niente di che, ma col prezzo che ho speso per due notti, 350€, almeno un’accortezza in più l’avrei voluta. Parto dall’accoglienza: ci sono voluti 30 minuti, prima che qualcuno si degnasse di venire in reception, e dopo 2 telefonate finalmente arriva un ragazzo ( i dati degli ospiti erano alla portata di tutti).Parla solo inglese e ringrazio il cielo di averlo studiato a scuola perché non capiva una mazza di quello che gli dicevo, tanto che i dati da inserire glieli ho dovuti far capire a gesti. Comunque saliamo in camera e non appena arrivati si sente un odore terribile, misto a fogna e vecchio, il letto per mio figlio era uno di quelli che si richiudono, di una scomodità inaudita, la classica BRANDINA.Il bagno??? Non posso nemmeno definirlo tale… c’erano due rotoli di cartigienica, entrambe iniziati, piatto doccia mezzo rotto, bidet assente e dulcis in fundo NIENTE ACQUA CALDA. Vado in reception e chiedo di risolvere il problema e mi viene detto che il tutto fare sarebbe arrivato alle 9:00. Così nel frattempo decidiamo di uscire, ma ovviamente al ritorno era tutto uguale a prima, e non ho potuto ribadire il problema perché c’era di nuovo il ragazzo che parlava solo inglese e non volevo agitarmi ulteriormente. In conclusione in 2 gg non abbiamo potuto fare una doccia e ci siamo dovuti fare il bidet in piedi con acqua freschissima.“dormiamo “ e dopo la colazione minimal decidiamo di uscire.. verso le 12:00 rientriamo per rifocillarci e con grande sorpresa trovo i letti disfatti così come li avevamo lasciati, chiedo spiegazioni alla governante e mi spiega che loro non rifanno i letti. SCONSIGLIO A TUTTI QUESTO “HOTEL” so che il prezzo è decisamente più basso rispetto agli altri ma fidatevi che vi si rimpone la vacanza. Io lo declasserei a MOTEL.

Un hôtel situé à 2mn à pied du Rialto et non loin de San Marco. Arrivée de l'aéroport avec la navette maritime Alilaguna qui ns a déposés à 3mn à pied de l'hôtel. Chambre très très simple, propre, malgré une couverture douteuse à rajouter la nuit. En revanche, salle de bains inadmissible, il faut traverser la douche pour atteindre le lavabo ! Si, si, c'est possible !! Débit goutte à goutte et peu d'eau chaude. Petit déjeuner inclus correct, 1 croissant, pain, confiture, beurre, jus d'orange et boisson chaude. Personnel ne parlant pas Français ms bien l'Anglais.
