Hôtel très propre et bien desservi jusqu'à Venise et l'aéroport. En revanche l'insonorisation de la chambre est inexistante et l'on entend TOUT ce qu'il se passe dans les autres chambres, des ronflements aux bavardages souvent tardifs. Le matelas était très inconfortable et nous avions deux lits simples collés au lieu d'un lit deux places comme prévu lors de la réservation. Les photos n'étaient pas contractuelles.

Ein ganz normaler Hotel nettes Team freundliches Team sehr nett und Aufmerksamkeit zentrale Gegend vorallem direkt vor der Tür eine Straßenbahn 10 min von Venedig entfernt unten ist eine Bar wo man schön frühstücken kann evtl Kaffee trinken und abends mal was trinken richtig Atmosphäre voll.

They charged me in cash additional €11 that were not told by trip.com to me. I got their receipt if trip.com would like to return to me!! Besides they did not clean or fix the room. And they have no amenities like a living room or lounge or game or tv room... Nothing Please trip.com if you would like to be correct and reimburse me for the €11 please write me to ninoricardo123@yahoo.com Thanks RICARDO *************

Not bad for standing on couple days or weeks as well everything close just need sit on bus or train.

前台刻薄，衞生一言難盡。住過最差的酒店。如果第二天早班飛機建議直接去機場過夜。

The hotel is accessible by local transport and have restaurants, banks and nearby amenities. Rooms are good but main problem is bathrooms. The floor is tapered towards the room and water overflows during a bath. When I complained about it, the staff talked rudely and passed some racist remarks. They told me that I was supposed to clear the mess. Also hotel is nearby airport if traveled by taxi but I almost missed my morning flight while waiting gor public transport. I traveled many European cities during my trip but staying at this hotel was my worst decision 😫
