Loved that I could take a water taxi right to the hotel! The room was small but cute, it served its purpose for changing my clothes and sleeping! Only issue I had in the room was the micro table next to the bed obviously wasn't cleaned because when I went to set my phone on it before bed my hand touched something and I had to turn the light back on to see what it was..... someone's fingernail or toenails clippings 🤢..... Positively Gross!!! As you can see from the photos they were NOT mine!

酒店非常好，雖然在小巷子裏，但是一進去院子立即就來感覺了，前台英語非常好，房間是刷卡的，很方便，早餐非常好，因為預訂有個插曲還給升級了房間。如果再來威尼斯還去住

Желание исполнено - остановиться в старинном палаццо. Очень атмосферно. Хорошее местоположение. Чисто. Завтрак понравился. Вид на Гранд канал на террасе сбокалом беллини - отдельное удовольствие!

We went there to stay in December. It was very nice and classy! Looks like they just renewed the bathroom. You can see the beautiful canal view from the balcony where you have a breakfast.

This stay had a mix of positives and negatives. We were not placed at San Cassiano as expected but were instead transferred to another hotel in their chain, Palazzo Stern. The alternate hotel wasn’t bad—it's located along the Grand Canal and has a lovely terrace. The property itself boasts some impressive design elements, likely stemming from its past as an antique mansion turned hotel. We were given a loft room, which unfortunately didn’t have any windows with a view, and the space was a bit cramped for two large suitcases. On the plus side, the bathroom had a beautiful design. Breakfast was ok, though nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit of a walk from most attractions unless you opt for a water taxi, with a water taxi stop conveniently located right outside the hotel.

위치 베네치아 시내 복판이에요 주변에 먹물파스타 맛집 많고요 리알토 다리도 대충 걸어서 10분 언저리 나왔던거 같아요 프런트 대단히 친절해요 그리고 프런트 데스크에 베네치아 지도 있으니 꼭 챙겨서 들고다니세요 시설도 좋아요 방도 넓고 금고 의자 테이블 다 있고 슬리퍼도 제공하고 욕실에는 샤워부스 대신 욕조도 설치돼있어요 다만 제가 묵었던 지상층 방에서는 욕실 출입구쪽 페인트가 습기 때문에 떨어져 나와 드라이기 쓸때마다 날렸어요

房間很寬敞，衞生也很棒！這個價格配上這樣的房間真的是物超所值！我的房間在一樓，浴室配有通風扇排掉潮氣。酒店前台英文很好，交流無障礙！

朝食会場から見る朝の街が最高に綺麗でした！ホテルは重厚感がありますが水回りは一新されてとても綺麗で、大変快適に過ごせました。ヴァポレットの駅からは5分ほど歩くので、荷物が多いならタクシーを使ってもいいかも。荷物は預かってもらえますが、ラゲージルームがセルフサービスでやや不安でした。

Очень понравился отель , от и до ! Завтраки отличные , вид с веранды на Гранд канал Венеции незабываемый , в номерах чистота , цены на мини бар в номере дешевле чем в ночных магазинах ! Обязательно еще вернусь !

酒店位置不錯，距離火車站和羅馬廣場都很近，在羅馬廣場坐機場大巴去機場也方便；到各個景點也是步行即可。 服務不錯，網絡不錯。 唯一的遺憾就是單人床好窄，房間小小，桌子小小，連一塊Pizza都擺不下。

交通不便，房間不大。舊但整潔。有張八九十年訪問北京的照片，但沒説明是誰。

小道がややこしかったけど、Googleマップ使えば迷わず来られた。他のお部屋の声が聞こえたけど、イタリアはこういうものなのかな。あと階段しかなくてつらかった…。でもサービスもお部屋（とくにベッドとバスタブ）最高に良かった。ありがとう！

Great experience with this hotel. Staff are kind and welcoming. Very clean room, perfect location and good breakfast. Everything I wanted. Will stay here again.

堪稱完美的酒店，入住時前台意大利小哥領我到房間，讓我震驚了，給我升級到了豪華大床房，我發誓這是我在歐洲住過最大的房間，而且房間裏還有燒水壺。酒店2樓的陽台就是對着大運河，白天和晚上的風景美到窒息，毫不誇張的説酒店本身就是一個打卡景點。從島上的火車站步行到酒店也就10分鐘，酒店還有私家碼頭，威尼斯是用來打taxi船的，哈哈哈。早餐也是無敵之巨好！總之就是好好好！
