Graziosissimo hotel a due passi dalla meravigliosa piazza San Marco ma allo stesso defilato dal caos . Arredato con gusto in autentico stile veneziano.Il giardino interno una vera chicca! Quiero iniciar esta recomendación felicitando a Marco, quien nos atendió de manera muy amable y cercana, brindándonos la mejor atención que hemos recibido en todo nuestro eurotrip. Habla varios idiomas y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. Venecia, con su arquitectura, decoración y encanto único, hizo de este destino el mejor que he visitado. Llegar a este hotel fue una experiencia mágica. Cabe destacar que, aunque el hotel es pequeño, es muy acogedor y su diseño es tan encantador que preferíamos subir las escaleras en lugar de usar el ascensor. Cuenta con un jardín precioso y todos los espacios son muy instagrameables. La atención en el restaurante fue excelente, y la ubicación es ideal: cerca de zonas comerciales y a pocos minutos de la Plaza de Venecia.

Un hôtel à éviter avec un très très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Recommandé par un guide touristique comme étant dans la catégorie « luxe » classé "3 étoiles" , nous avons été très déçu par la qualité des prestations avec une chambre très peu confortable, sombre, à la décoration vieillotte et poussiéreuse, une salle d’eau microscopique, un chargeur d'appareil photo oublié par un précédent occupant, une lampe cassée, la prise à côté de la table de nuit ne marchant pas et une literie catastrophique ( matelas en "cuvette" = mal de dos le lendemain) ! Le petit déjeuner, pris il est vrai dans une salle charmante, est en fait proposé avec des parts rationnées et sans qualité. Et une chose jamais vu dans un hôtel de cette catégorie : tout supplément vous est facturé! Enfin, le personnel, s’il a reconnu la piètre qualité de sa literie ne nous a fait aucun geste commercial de dédommagement et ne s’est inquiété que des conséquences pour la renommée de son établissement. Heureusement que Venise compte des hôtels à la qualité bien supérieur et à des prix tout à fait raisonnable ! On avait réservé pour trois jour, on s'est enfui de cette triste chambrée pour aller à l'hôtel Sant'Antonin; le contraste a été saisissant et on a retrouvé la magie de Venise.

Un hôtel très bien placé, avec un accueil très chaleureux, francophone La place St Marc est à 5mn, idem pour La Fenice. Le Rialto à 10mn. Il y a un embarcadère de vaporetti à 3mn, d'autres de gondoles encore plus proches. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables, la notre donnait sur un petit jardin délicieux. La réception se met en quatre pour réserver des restaurants ou des transports.

A beautiful hidden wonder in the center of Venice. This is a first-rate, locally-owned hotel with lovely, comfortable rooms, a professional, friendly staff, and a wonderful private garden for late drinks or peaceful breakfasts. Stay here if your schedule allows for an elegant Venetian refuge.

Venice is overwhelming, too much to really comprehend, and the family run Hotel Flora makes it a warm and welcoming place to explore. A wonderful oasis in the chaos, the staff, service, amenities, breakfast and small bar perform without peer. This is how a hotel should be run!

This was our third visit in three years to Venice and Hotel Flora. The hotel is small with simple but excellent rooms. It serves a continental breakfast, after which you are free to explore the city. Hotel is exceptional in helping visitors.

Nous tenions à vous faire part de nos impressions suite à notre récent séjour dans cet hôtel, notre troisième visite. Si nous avons choisi de revenir, c’est parce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos précédentes expériences et nous n’avons pas hésité à recommander cette établissement à nos amis. L’hôtel reste toujours aussi charmant avec son joli patio, et nous souhaitons souligner que le personnel est absolument adorable. C’est un aspect qui contribue grandement à la qualité de notre séjour et que nous apprécions particulièrement. Cependant, lors de cette visite, nous avons séjourné dans la chambre numéro 6 (330€/nuit, prix réduit! ). Malheureusement, cette chambre nous a quelque peu déçus. Elle était très petite, sombre, avec une vue sur un mur peu attrayant. La salle de bain était également exiguë, rendant son utilisation à deux personnes presque impossible. Nous avons également rencontré des problèmes avec la douche, qui alternait entre très chaude et froide. Nous comprenons que chaque chambre a ses particularités, mais il est vrai que pour un tarif similaire, dans un autre établissement, on pourrait s’attendre à bien plus de confort. Nos amis, qui occupaient la chambre au-dessus, ont pu en changer pour une chambre un peu plus spacieuse et lumineuse, ce qui a amélioré leur expérience. Nous sommes attristés de ne pas avoir retrouvé le même plaisir que lors de nos précédents séjours, surtout sachant que le personnel est si attentionné. Peut-être serait-il envisageable de revoir les tarifs des chambres plus petites et sans vue, afin qu’ils soient plus en accord avec la taille et les commodités proposées ?

Punto di forza la gentilezza!!! Dall’arrivo a qualsiasi richiesta. Il giardino un vero gioiello, dove prendere un caffè in pieno relax. La posizione top, in pieno centro e nello stesso tempo defilato dal caos. Le camere , noi avevamo una standar, non mancano di niente! Super consigliato!!!
