Hampton Inn & Suites Venice Bayside/South Sarasota

Excellent room!

The hotel is very attractive with the blue nautical decor. Our room was new and comfortable. The pool was very nice too. Breakfast was decent but wish all Hampton Inns had more gluten free options. I do recommend this hotel for its quiet location.

Not in the center but offers free parking, not far from Venice beach and Caspersen beach. - Pro: clean, room is big and comfortable, sofa bed for kids in the living room, kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave (our was not working…), dishwasher, cutlery, plates and glasses (only 4 and no wine glass…), stove and pans. The staff is nice, breakfast simple but efficient (cereals, bread, muffins, bagels, jam, tea, coffee, juice, you can do your waffles yourself… the pool is clean and good and there is a hot tub. Outdoor chairs are good - Could improve: the room is dark as the curtain can only be opened 1/2… the door borders let the light goes into the room, I had to put tissues for less light for my kids… and the walls are too thin you hear all noise of your neighbors… our microwave was not working… the pool towels were really too tiny… So not a 5 stars but for the price it is really good

Very good place to stay.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, nice variety, varied daily. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Bottles of water at the front desk was an unexpected and appreciated perk. Kitchen had everything I needed. All the employees were very friendly and helpful.
