Excellent location... Great property for a family get together the week of July 4th. Excellent property, great location, close to everything on the island (downtown, beach, restaurants, etc.). Highly recommend. Minor glitch with door code, owner called immediately with solution. Perfect.

Great Location! Extremely Clean! Lovely unit in a great location. The place was very clean! There are two bikes in the garage. They were perfect for a ride to the beach and around historic Venice. We will be back!

Venice tiki time Had a great stay. The owners thought of every detail when setting up this rental. We needed nothing. Bikes, beach chairs, grill, full and complete kitchen and tastefully decorated. Clean and tidy and minutes from town and a few blocks from the beach. Thanks again Richard!

Spacious and comfortable After working through a bumpy check-in we had a very pleasant stay in this unpretentious unit with our family of four. The owner was pleasant and quick to respond. The unit was clean and the location is excellent, within walking distance to everything. Although there is a useful screened-in porch, there is not a terrace or patio to enjoy the sunshine. Air conditioning and ceiling fans worked great and all appliances are in very good shape.
