"This hotel is beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely luxurious and very comfortable. There is a lift to access the rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is free car park just behind the hotel, which we found easily. The area feels very safe. You can also pull up outside the hotel on the parking bays, and the hotel will provide you with a free permit for 2 hours so you can unload your baggage and settle in before parking your car in the carpark. The hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful river setting, bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Chambre très propre, bonne literie le plus est la kitchenette avec café ,thé , eau . Le personnel inexistant ! A l’arrivée 14 h personne à l’accueil la clé est posée sur le comptoir avec les noms de chaque client ! Nous prenons notre clé et prenons possession de la chambre .A 17h30 nous devons sonner pour voir quelqu’un et demandé pour le repas le soir et là il nous est dit qu’il n’y a plus de restaurant ! Au départ à 11 h nous n’avons vu personne et déposons la clé comme nous l’avons prise !ce qui est inquiétant tout le monde peut rentrer comme il veut dans cet hôtel !"
