"4 star it wasn’t. No water in fridge. Not everyone drinks tap water. Had to buy from bar. No water fountains. Reception bar etc was very basic. Room service limited and no kettle in room or coffee machine. 😩
I’ve stayed at better 2/3 star and hostels. Spa was limited on facilities and opening times. No jacuzzi?
It was no better if not worse than Travel Lodge in UK. Thery are fine but you don’t expect luxury from them.
Don’t expect luxury from 4 star but certainly better than what I got.
Won’t be back."
